The staff were absolutely amazing, they made me feel welcomed and like every request was catered with attention above and beyond any expectations!
Everything, Clean big room with comfortable bed, loads of extras fresh milk, fresh juice in fridge, water both still and sparking, breakfast lovely with big choice. The hosts lovely and very helpful ❤️

No Dinner options
We were rang at 5 minutes past 3pm asking when we were going to check in as the closed at 5pm although it states in 9pm on your booking. Com website
Then the following morning the shower stopped half way through my shower and the switch switch fell if also head fell of hand held shower , toilet brush not fixed on wall so had to physically hold the toilet brush holder with hand not ideal.
We were asked on checking out how things were and when explaining issues with bathroom, no apology just questioning our opinion , shame as room was beautiful and bed very comfy but attitude not the best

The rooms were gorgeous such lovely deco and the on suite was amazing
Just me being fussy I'm used to a medium memory foam mattress and the bed in which room.we stayed in was too hard for me.I slept on top of the duvet to soften the mattress.....
