On top of the hill
Pros:

Perdikia Hill is a definition of price / performance hotel with their service, hospitality, entertainment and food. We have booked 2 villas and enjoyed our holiday from the first day until the end. I suggested to my friends to visit this hotel already and planning to book again.
It has not been clearly stated but when you book all-inclusive, you will be enjoying your food and drinks.
All personnel is kind and chiefs are great with what they cook.
Overall cleaning was great, especially not letting food near the pools is a good idea.
All pools are cleaned everyday including villa pools,
Hotel has infinity pool which is not advertised but should have been, as well as the hidden pool.

Cons:

It could have been better to add Whisky to all inclusive drink list.
Please have a pool life guard from 10 to 17. Also everyone shall follow slide rules listed behind the slide without exception and life guard must instruct accordingly when slides are running. Sliding with equipment (donuts, beds), multiple people sliding, sliding when standing on / in front of slide are already banned according to list.

Mooie locatie en vriendelijk personeel, maar de slechte hygiëne, het achterstallige onderhoud en de veiligheidsproblemen

Het personeel van de receptie en de bediening was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Onze eerste villa verkeerde in een zeer slechte staat met schimmel, vochtproblemen, achterstallig onderhoud en tot twee keer toe een onveilig babybedje waarin onze dochter van 1 jaar ‘s nachts met haar middel vast kwam te zitten. Ook in de tweede villa bleven de hygiëne en het onderhoud onder de maat. De bedden hadden geen matrassen waardoor je op de ijzeren boxspringveren lag. Hierdoor hebben wij veel pijn gehad de hele week. In de villa werkte in meerdere kamers de elektriciteit niet. De villa werd niet schoongemaakt, schone handdoeken en toiletpapier kregen we pas na een verzoek, het all-inclusive eten was vaak koud en van matige kwaliteit en borden en bestek waren regelmatig vies met vlekken en etensresten. De accommodatie voldoet wat ons betreft niet aan de kwaliteit die op Booking.com wordt gepresenteerd.

The pool was nice.

Cons:

The pictures don't do it complete justice. What the pictures don't show is that the toilets do not flush, there is no hot water, the showers leak underneath and it's a real shame you cannot smell the sewage that eminates from the toilets and drains.

Utter shambles and would be condemned in the UK. Worst site we have been to.

The villa apparently is fully equipped but only came with a wooden spoon. We had to ask for a kettle, cups, glasses. No cutlery available for the hotel either.

Two of the windows will not close, letting mosquitos into the villa in the evening meaning we had to close off those rooms at night.

If you can, I urge you to cancel and find somewhere else. The food was horrific, same thing served every day and just congealed slop. We ended up eating out most days when we continually seen the same food offering time and time again.

Shop on site tried ripping me off, quoted £40 for a pool noodle. When challenged they said it was £2.50. Their own shop!!

Honestly, we loved Olu Deniz last year and could not wait to return. We would still return, just not here!

Ich hatte 65m2 Familienzimmer Reserviert , bekommen habe ich ein Dachgeschoss zimmer mit schrägen wo das gerade stehen fast unmöglich war nach einer beschwerde und 2 nächten war das zimmer besser aber trotzdem keine 65 m2

Die lage ist super und der Privat Pool ist auch genug gross...

Cons:

Tiefkühler, Silikon bei Den Duschen und die Waschmaschine war am Schimmeln. Alles war sehr schmutzig und es hat niemanden interessiert. Küchenausstattung gab es fast keine und das Geschirr war auch sehr schmutzig.

Personel çok iyiydi. İlgiliydi. Yemekleri çok geniş değildi ama çok lezzetliydi. Resepsiyonun önünde çay kahve hizmeti veren Beliz hanım, çok güler yüzlüydü. Ona ve animatör Mert bey e ayrıca teşekkürler. Mert bey insanları eğlendirmeyi iyi biliyor. Down sendromlu bir oğlum var Ege onunla da çok ilgilendiler. Ayrıca bizi kalabalık olduğumuz için tüm imkanlardan paydandığımız özel havuzlu bir villaya yerleştirdiler. Onun içinde müdür yardımcısına (sanırım Osman bey di) çok teşekkür ederim. Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Pros:

I liked environments, pools, slides, all day entertainment especially evening shows, all inclusive food and beverages all was very good. Stuff was very friendly and they helped us when we have a problem. They quickly find a solution. Me and my big family enjoyed a lot.
