I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Staff was AMAZING, very caring and accommodating! Due to jet lag we missed breakfast our first morning! They brought us hand crafted coffees and pastries and we got to sit at a table right on the canal! What a treat. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast dining was beautiful with a very nice buffet!

Sehr schönes Hotel in Mitten von Venedig
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstück war zu teuer für das, was geboten wurde. Es hat nur wenig zur Auswahl für 20 Euro pro Person, Cappuchino oder Speigelei/Omelette musste noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen am bequemsten mit dem Wassertaxi erreichbar - für satte 180 Euro pro Strecke. Die Fahrt dauert ca. 25 min. und nur zu zweit in einem Wassertaxi ist der Preis gerechtfertigt, man muss das einfach im Voraus wissen.
Wenn man mit öffentlichen Bootstransfer anreisen will, muss man die Koffer durch gepflasterte Wege und Brücken ca. 10 min. zum Hotel schleppen.

An excellent stay and artsy hotel
Pros:

Everything was fantastic from the friendly and professional check in to the delicious breakfast and comfortable beds ! I'm really happy with my experience and I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention the art display that they have on the second floor. I love how Ruzzini Palace is showing off contemporary artists' work and I heard they even host art exhibition sometimes. Truly remarkable place !

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike but it would be cool if they had more options for going to the airport aside from the luxurious and costly options. Either way, there are many options to go to the airport from outside.

A Great Hotel in a Unique City
Pros:

Great location and getting a water taxi to the hotel was an amazing experience and one to treasure. Here’s a tip though … the hotel was quoting 240 euros to pre-book which is possibly the case being fair to the hotel (some water taxi trips can be very expensive). We didn’t do this cos I thought it was a fortune. However, we came out of the railway station and was pounced on by a porter who took a load of cases for us - six I think, and flagged down a passing water taxi. We agreed 100 euros to the hotel - 20 for the porter and 80 for the taxi guy so if you’re prepared to wing-it, you’ll probably save some cash (to any hotel). It was a definitely worth the 100 euros for the 4 of us! We did a similar thing from the hotel back to the station after our stay. The hotel arranged a taxi - this time 80 euros which was great for the 4 of us plus a load of cases. The hotel was great. Nice quiet location on a quiet-ish lovely square. Lovely and clean and friendly staff all of them. Lovely guys. We got unlucky by having some parents allowing their toddler to run around the room above us at 11pm at night but apart from that, absolutely spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Noise insulation but it’s a grand old hotel and like I said, we got a bit unlucky. Everything else great.
