Pros:

The location is ideal for being close to attractions in the city and the staff was very hospitable. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

Though the location is great, the access from S. Mike Place can be tricky.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! While it might not be a luxury property, it absolutely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, and most importantly, the bedsheets and towels were absolutely pristine. I’m highlighting this because, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience regarding cleanliness just two days prior at a famous, historic hotel located a bit outside the downtown area, which we had chosen based on its high reviews..... If you are on the fence about where to book, go with this one, you won't regret it.

The location is also exceptional. It’s in a very safe area, and just a 2-minute walk away, there is a fantastic brewing place that serves great food, with a pizzeria right next to it.

Everything here is kept meticulously clean. The internet is super fast, which was a huge plus. On top of that, the hotel offers great amenities like a guest laundry room and a gym. The included breakfast was also fantastic; the staff manages it wonderfully, keeping everything immaculate and well-stocked. They truly deserve praise for their hard work.

We would definitely stay here again!

What we were able to get into the room it was very nice
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Access to the property is difficult and being charged for parking when I’m paying $150 for a room. I booked a handicap room for a reason, yet it was the furthest room down the hall.

Pros:

Good location , nice pool , friendly staff

Cons:

Did not like the bath set up - not comfortable stepping into a tub to shower - not safe - did not have safety handles
Most of the breakfast was ok but the eggs were disgusting

Great location, comforable and clean room, simple but good breakfast.
Pros:

Location was great for walking to historic old town and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Quiet location although it was on a busy street. Provided a good breakfast with options for a hot meal or cereal.
