Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast that was available, I enjoyed the location of the hotel in reference to the conference next door. I appreciated the help at the front desk to check in, used Booking.com which helped.

Cons:

I did not like that my sheets were obviously dirty, from previous persons. I didn't realize that until the next morning, which I felt was disgusting and had to re-shower. Obvious "stains" and have no idea what type of stains. Yuck!

Excellent, clean decor and clean, comfy rooms, near territorial, cool downtown Flag
Pros:

This facility is excellent. It is in a great location, near coffee shops and restaurants and cool territorial downtown. Rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the hotel is well appointed. The breakfasts are good and varied with omelets, and scrambled eggs, and of course the ubiquitous waffles.

Cons:

These seem to put fabreeze in lobby and star wells, the artificial smell wasn't great. Most staff were friendly and competent, but one was rude.

Everything is beautiful, but it is impossible to breathe in the room.
Pros:

Everything looks nice

Cons:

The room has no ventilation and the windows don't open, making it difficult to stay in. Air only comes in when the air conditioner is running, but it's noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on.

Great clean location and facilities. Pillows are not comfortable. They charge $6/night for parking
Pros:

It was conveniently located, clean, and quiet. The indoor pool/ hot tub was nice a clean, and breakfast was pretty good

Cons:

Being charged extra to park. It’s just silly. In flagstaff Arizona 99% of people are arriving by car. Put the parking in the price. I know this is a way for the hotel to get revenue outside of the booking service. It’s only $6/day but it’s annoying!

I loved the location but wish the room was more noise canceling and wish the stay was peaceful.
Pros:

I liked the covered parking.

Cons:

The room was very loud, we were able to hear people upstairs, every step and move they made, early in the morning there was loud noises coming from the top. We lost sleep because of how noisy everything was.

This was the perfect place for my stay in Flagstaff.
Pros:

Clean, good location, staff very helpful and friendly. I apparently dropped a $10 bill in my room, which I didn’t even realize, and that was left for me when I returned. I think that speaks for the safety and honesty of this facility.
