A good place to stop and rest
Pros:

We stayed for one night while traveling to Colorado. The room met my expectations: it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient. There is also a lovely green area nearby on the NAU campus, perfect for a pleasant walk. Overall, it was a good place to stop and rest during our trip.

Pros:

The actual location made me question my choice BUT I was wrong !! Walkable to downtown !! Suggest eating at Dark Sky Brewing ! — and Dark Sky Brewing pizza !!
Will stay again at this property for sure !!

Cons:

Actual location maybe ? — but my husband and our walk downtown proved me wrong SUPER cute & modern inside !!

Uns wurde bei Ankunft mitgeteilt das im Hotel das Internet und TV auf unbestimmte Zeit ausgefallen sind. Man bot uns eine kostenfreie Stornierung und Rückerstattung an. Wir haben dieses Angebot angenommen und storniert. Das Geld haben wir bis heute nicht zurückbekommen, keine Antworten seitens des Hotels oder Booking.

Nice people, good location for walking to restaurants.
Cons:

The windows were not operational and the HVAC system would stop at night and I woke up feeling hot and slightly suffocated. Even six inches of a window you can open would make a huge difference.
New mattress and pillows would make the stay truly great as well

Great stay
Pros:

Great staff very clean room comfortable beds and close to restaurants if you didn’t want to drive. It was part of the old route 66
