Bad manager! Bad attendance!

I couldn’t to stay in this hotel. I had to canceled it because I’m very allergic and I call the hotel to ask for a cleaner room carpets but without strong cleaner smell. The manager was very rude to me and simply said they couldn't help me because the hotel had a set of standards to follow! In other words, if you're allergic, you probably can't stay at that hotel. I had to cancel my stay, but it was the best thing, because I went to the Residency Marriott, where the service was completely different and they helped me with the problem!

Pros:

The location was great. The staff wonderful. Loved the cookies & coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was nice. The room was very nice, clean and the bed was super comfy. I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again
