Highly recommended! Super friendly staff!!
Pros:

We have travelled a lot and honestly this was the best customer service we have experienced. From the moment we walked in, they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is exceptionally located and clean. The breakfast is lovely and they offer many extra services, all with a friendly smile.

Que lugar legal de se hospedar.
Pros:

O cuidado em cada detalhe. Maçã verde, balas, café à disposição. Linda vista para o Castelo. Café da manhã delicioso. Funcionários muito educados e gentis.

Pros:

Der Jacuzzi mit der tollen Aussicht!!
Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, ein schönes sauberes Zimmer, schöne Regendusche, Frühstück spontan möglich für 8€ p.P.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung war nicht sichtbar, dass man in einem separaten Gebäude untergebracht wird, das 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Haupthaus in der Innenstadt entfernt ist.

Великолепное местоположение в самом центре Вероны рядом с ареной, при этом в номере было тихо. Комфортность постели, великолепный завтрак с видом, чистота.
Спа и бар на крыше отеля с видом на арену.
Индивидуальный подход персонала к гостю.
С удовольствием остановлюсь повторно!

Amazing hotel in a charming town!
Pros:

Everything! Perfect location, next to Arena di Verona, close to the main shopping street and with many cozy restaurants around. More than polite staff, helping with the baggage! Very nice breakfast in a smart salon. Clean, elegant and spacious suite and surprising upgrade of the room with private jacuzzi and sawna terrace. I do recommend this place and we will come back for our next visit in this charming town!

Pros:

The staff was, for the first time in my life, the highlight of the stay! Didn't get a chance to see the upper part with the jacuzzi and bar due to the weather. Location is top and definitely recommend if you come by car to park it with them, they take care of it. The room was very clean and cozy. Also pet friendly which was lovely.

Le ragazze in reception sono state gentilissime e lo staff è stato molto disponibile

Cons:

Sarebbe stato meglio saperlo prima (magari quando abbiamo chiamato per avvertire che arrivavamo con l’auto, oppure una volta arrivati) che il parcheggio aveva un costo.
Per il resto tutto perfetto
