Wunderschönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und toller Lage direkt in der Altstadt von Verona. Auch das Frühstück war toll - sehr viel Auswahl und alles frisch! Wir hatten absolut nichts auszusetzen und waren rundum begeistert.

Disappointed as we had booked Hotel Milano, but ended up in Verona House, where room was basic
Pros:

Location was good and the staff were very helpful

Cons:

The accommodation. We had booked Hotel Milano and were advised that we would be in a separate building, but this was 15 minutes walk away and we had no access to the facilities at the hotel. We stayed in Verona House apartments, which seemed to have absolutely no connection to Hotel Milano and where the room and shower room were small and basic.

A fantastic hotel, would 100% recommend it !
Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff were so helpful, from booking taxis, making restaurant recommendations and bookings and letting us into breakfast early on departure day. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was perfect. The hot tub and sauna on our balcony was the ultimate upgrade ! Rooftop bar was amazing even when it rained !

Book it - the hotel is really worth every £££
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and really made our stay special. Rooms were clean, modern and had all the facilities. Proximity to key areas was very good, around 10 minutes to the areas.

A great little hotel in and ideal location. Room suite was excellent with outdoor private Spa and sauna! Staff were awes
Pros:

Great location. The terrace bar and restaurant was excellent. The room we stayed in was a small suite - with large veranda, spa and sauna which was excellent.
The breakfast was also great.
Staff fantastic! Martine at front desk, Elizabeth and David at the terrace bar were the best!

Excellent spot to stay to explore Verona
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location; close to the Arena. The directions for arrival by car were clear and easy to follow. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome and parked our car for us: making our arrival very smooth and hassle free. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was firm for good support and the room very quiet which helped us get a great sleep. We decided to enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar and stayed for dinner which was a great decision as the food was delicious. Overall the hotel was an excellent spot to stay to explore Verona.

Nothing as all was great.
