Pros:

We booked the room 15 minutes before stay (in the evening) and booked it in a separate building, that we did not pay attention to. When we realised it and called to the receptionist , asking to change our room to the Milano Hotel, the lady at the reception was super polite and helpful and changed our booking without any problems!
All other stuff members were also very friendly. The room was great, though I miss some racks to hang the towels. Breakfast was delicious with various options. We also used hot tub at the rooftop, but as we were the last one, it seems like the tub was switched off and the water temperature dropped low very fast.

Cons:

Missing racks, so wet towels were nowhere to hang.

Romantic Trip
Pros:

Innanzitutto ringraziamo ogni singolo membro dello staff, dal valet parking, alla reception, housekeeping, ristorazione piano terra e lounge bar in terrazza. Eccellente esperienza come la precedente.

Cons:

La vista dalla camera e chi porta cani per poi lasciarli da soli, come camera 304.
