Chalet was clean and well maintained

Cons:

Popular activities like pool tables were in high demand and this together with inebriated guests did lead to unnecessary altercations.
I suggest bringing in more of these during periods of high demand.

Over all our stay was good. We had fun.
Pros:

I liked the view and the facilities.

Cons:

There was no facility to park the car next to the chalet. Parking was a little away from the chalet. This made it a bit inconvenient to carry all our luggage in the cold weather.

Pros:

We like that there was professionalism and a river bend close by to enjoy the berg water. Lots of things to do, the archery, target shooting.

Cons:

I did not like the lighting in the whole apartment very dull, you could hardly see what you were doing.
We would have also liked for the resort to have outsourced halal dinning for us as we have come for a weekend to relax and not cook. There was a freezer with frozen halal foods however we were not sure how long its been in there.
Quite disappointing was that there are 3 restaurants on the premises with the same menu, there was not many options for vegetarians.
Also at the coffee bar there was no menu either so we had to enquire if there had milkshakes which they did but was not on any menu.
We ordered mocktails but had to continuously say mocktails and not cocktails.

However we did enjoy our stay with all that been said.

The stay was average.
Pros:

The area was nice

Cons:

Pools were not heated,not enough entertainment for teens ,room required heaters as it was very cold,more halaal food to cater for muslim guests, shop was madly expensive

The view, the way the places are built. The space away from other places. The kid-friendliness.
