Minor changes...
Pros:

Everything about this place was lovely.
Staff, facilities, activities, cleanliness, accommodation and chalets

Cons:

The restaurants should offer more variety.
And each restaurant should offer a different menu rather than them offering the same menu at Muzzo and coffee shop.

Buffet prices are too high for the limited options offered, and children 16 and over should be charged full price for buffet.

In the chalet, the kitchen should have a microwave cover and have some small plastic containers with lids to store food in the fridge.

The beds should have electric bksnkets/ heaters during the winter months. A complimentary bag of wood should be supplied daily by the resort.

Aside from these changes, I was happy.

EXCELLENT STAY, GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
Pros:

The facility has everything for everyone, the food is superb, the dinners were great. The staff are friendly and respond quickly to requests. The houses overlook the beautiful mountains and a good haven to run away from the noise in the city. Clean air, lots of birds and nature to enjoy.

Cons:

that of all the sports they offer, there was no BASKETBALL.
The cold wind prevented us from enjoying outside on one of the days but there are always fun activities inside to compensate for that.

Pros:

The resort is situated in an excellent location with accessable roads. When we got to reception we was greeted with friendly staff. Since we had a huge group the resort arranged for all 3 units to be close to each other. The units were comfortable, clean and well equipped. Lots for adults and kids to do.

Cons:

It would be nice to have put fires or rentals at your units.
