Great hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Ideal location and facilities were top notch, everything you require for a short stay.

Cons:

Additional parking charge and limited spaces. Although not an issue during this stay can easily see the hotel parking being full during a busy period, which would lead to having to park in external locations which would involve a fairly lengthy walk back to hotel. A designated drop off area would be good to allow luggage to be dropped off prior to parking up.

A Dockside Haven For Exploring Liverpool
Pros:

Jamie was a great host and very friendly and helpful.
The happy hour was a wonderful idea and a nice perk.
Parking was great and location was fabulous. Hotel was nice and clean and very quiet and we could check in early.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location
Pros:

This is a beautiful Aparthotel in a great location for the Waterfront and city centre access.
The apartments are so lovely and the whole property has a luxurious feel when you are lucky enough to get a good rate.

Cons:

While I appreciate the breakfast is often included in the room rate, the cooked items are quite often tasteless and wasted calories!
There is plenty of choice to opt for other things such as cheese, tomatoes and peppers

Very relaxing and staff were very helpful and efficient

Location. Breakfast was very nice. Room was very good - everything you need dishwasher - hob - combine microwave etc iron and iron board- hairdryer.

Our view was not brilliant, but we were out most of the time.
