Perfect accommodation for a trip to Liverpool, few minutes to walk to beautiful Albert Dock.

Bliskość muzeum Beatlesów i innych atrakcji. Przestronny pokój, większy niż na zdjęciach. Bardzo miła obsługa. W pokoju lodówka, zmywarka, podstawowy sprzęt do gotowania, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, sejf.

Cons:

Nieco zużyte sprzęty typu odrapana tapicerka na krześle czy niedokręcony wieszak na kurtki. Mały wybór potraw na śniadaniu. Raczej typowo angielskie, ale najeść się można.

Lovely stay with great staff

Most importantly, lovely staff on reception and also housekeeping
Room fabulous with all amenities you would want.
Breakfast could be improved. Hard to find a table and when we did get one we had to remove the previous people’s pots. Table should have been wiped down between different customers.
Like that there was little plastic for condiments, preserves etc but these could be put in individual pots. Using jars of marmalade, chocolate spread etc didn’t feel clean. I saw children helping themselves and then it was used for other customers. I can understand squeeze bottles e.g. ketchup but spreads where people put knives, spoons in the jars should not be communal.

Great apart from the breakfast
Pros:

The room and location , this is my favorite hotel when I stay in Liverpool

Cons:

The breakfast was awful! The plates were cold, the sausages and bacon were cold and dry, black pudding over cooked and beans cold, my husband said they had just brought fresh scrambled eggs out and that was only luke warm.

Great, clean location but attention to detail could have been better
Pros:

Location cleanliness and the room was spacious
The man on reception on Friday night was exceptional

Cons:

Our view - we asked in advance if we could have an apartment with a nice view not looking at the back of a building - and we ended up looking out into the roof top of a restaurant and other windows …. and the back of a building !
No nets at the windows - people could see straight into our room so we had to have the curtains closed
The breakfast was poor - there was nowhere to sit and we had a considerable wait and the bacon and sausage were of poor quality we didn’t have breakfast the second day as it was terrible - also there were only two other items available
