Staff are always friendly and professional and know what they're doing

Cons:

The mattress was so hard. I spine to the desk and the 2nd day they arranged a mattress topper, as we only had 1 more night and this was so much better

Ótima experiencia ! Volto com certeza
Pros:

Excepcional a equipe do café da manhã, Jonathan à frente. Bufê muito bem servido. Disponibilizaram comida vegana para minha mulher sem stress. A localização é muito boa. Amenities de primeira, da Antipodes, grande marca. Cozinha bem equipada com lavalouça (!!). Equipe do front desk atenciosa e prestativa. Café de maquina e agua com gas à disposição são detalhes que fazem diferença. Travesseiros firmes e altos !!! isso não tem preço, é minha eterna briga com todos os hoteis do mundo, voces gabaritaram. Armario bom, e gavetas (oba !!) à disposição. Quarto grande, sem ter que se espremer com as malas dentro. Lavanderia self service (de graça), faz uma enorme diferença quando voce está viajando por mais tempo.

Cons:

Pouca coisa, pequenos detalhes. A cama podia ser um pouco maior (é Queen Size, a gente fica mal acostumado com King). As ofertas de produtos para venda na recepção não tem nada vegano. A geladeira podia ter bandeja para fazer gelo (tem que pegar na recepção......). Minha eterna briga com sabão em barra - tem que ter pelo menos na pia, não tinha. O estacionamento é pequeno (vive lotado), apertado e caro (24 pounds por noite). A alternativa que oferecem é o King's Dock Public Parking, conveniado com desconto (18 pounds por noite), a 600 passos (contados) de distancia - o que para esse povo andarilho que são os ingleses é nada. Mas na chuva e vento aí pega. Mas não existe alternativa nenhuma mais proxima.

Pros:

Great location, good vale, comfy bed.
Monday to Wednesday had an evening event with free food and drink.

Cons:

Parking onsite is expensive compared to very nearby carparks.

Bon emplacement et prix
Pros:

L'emplacement à côté des Docks et du liverpool one était appréciable. A deux pas de la station de bus.
Petit déjeuner varié salé et sucré.
Appartement spacieux.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur un chantier donc la vue et le bruit n'était pas top mais lorsque les travaux seront fini ce ne sera plus un problème
