Pros:

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of a 2 day City Break

Great location to Albert Dock, Pier Head, Waterfront, Liverpool Arena and City Centre

Ample parking in locality - we opted for secure underground parking at hotel.

Room clean and spacious with kitchen including hob, fridge & microwave

Breakfast included in price which set us up for the day ahead

Liverpool is a fantastic city and we’ll be back and would have no hesitation in staying at Staybridge Suites

Superb location to stay for arena and playing tourist around the dock area
Pros:

Location was excellent for M&S arena concert. Breakfast was an added bonus. Our room had facilities you would need for a longer stay too. We didn't really use them as e were only there for one night. Staff were lovely especially Jamie who booked us in.

Cons:

It stated wi-fi was via the TV but there wasn't any sign of it on there despite going through every app. Couldn't call down as phone didn't work. We managed to work out how to get wi-fi ourselves.

Pros:

The hotel is close to the Albert dock,the shopping mall and Mathew street.

Cons:

For the price per night, I would of expected better amenities.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we had no complaints whatsoever, breakfast included onsite was also an excell
Pros:

Everything was great. Location Nextdoor to M&S Arena was so convenient for our concert. Also great location for Albert Dock

Nice layout.

Cons:

Price was higher than I previously paid. Previous room had a separate room for the kitchen area which I much preferred didn’t like the open plan
