Osaka relax
Pros:

Possibilità di scegliere camere per fumatori, abbastanza arieggiata ma purtroppo non si possono aprire le finestre (come spesso accade in Giappone) quindi l'aspiratore fa quello che può. Camera grande per gli standard e bottigliette d'acqua sempre disponibili per gli ospiti. Di fronte, una farmacia e un Lawson sempre aperto che permette di comprare colazioni e cene dell'ultimo momento. La fermata più vicina è a 5 minuti, quella diretta per la stazione a 10 di strada pianeggiante.

Aerazione del piano fumatori migliorabile.

Pros:

Zimmer gross und komfortabel, obwohl schon bssl in die Jahre gekommen. Sauber.

Cons:

Frühstück - sowie Raum als auch Sortiment- sicher nicht auf 4-sterne Niveau. Deswegen nur 8 Sterne vergeben.

Appena arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera di categoria superiore rispetto a quella prenotata, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato. La camera era bella spaziosa, con una doccia grande rispetto agli standard qua. Apprezzabile anche la possibilità di prendere le bottigliette d’acqua gratuite in reception

Friendly staff and lovely rooms, albeit it with a lacklustre breakfast.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I really enjoyed the free water handed out every day to stay hydrated. Rooms were spacious enough and the bathroom was the highlight for this. There was a small mix up with our room regarding smoking / non-smoking. We had to sleep in a smoking room for 1 night which was really unpleasant (the smell) but the next day the hotel upgraded us to a superior room as a way to apologise which was really appreciated.

Cons:

The breakfast was rather limited and, in my opinion, not worth the uplift on the price. The breakfast is 'western Japanese' and we decided not to eat it on day 2 and 3 of our stay. I recommend saving your money and using it to buy some local cuisine on your way into the city. The location was also fine, but you need to get the metro to the popular areas of Osaka.
