Osaka me surpreendeu pela beleza, simplicidade e luxo.
Pros:

Instalações físicas, limpeza, proximidades das estações de trem e metrô, funcionários muitos prestativos, cordiais e preparados.

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã bem destoante do hotel, abaixo do padrão do hotel, parecendo que aquela parte do café não pertence ao hotel.

Tolle Lage für Osaka, alles war gut zu erreichen!

C’est une adresse que je recommande vivement
Pros:

Tout l’emplacement, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel et les petites choses qui font la différence avec les autres, hôtels, l’eau à disposition dans des bouteilles, les bagages amener dans la chambre etc.

Amazing stay at Hotel Brighton
Pros:

The staff was amazing and willing to assist. I had a few issues (not with the hotel), but they helpt me willingly.

I loved the room. It had a couch and a table, which I used more than I would have thought.

I can't explain, but loved taking a shower. The waterjets were relaxing me and made me not want to get out of the shower.

I also appreciate the laundry status on the tv.

Cons:

I have nitpick at this moment. Because it was a great hotel.

They offered water bottles at the elevators, but would be nice have them in the room. Imagine in the morning, I want to make some tea or coffee and I did not pick up a bottle of water beforehand.

May make the laundry status on the tv more visable. I encountered a few guests when I was at the washing machine that were not aware that they could use the tv to look up which washing mashine was available.

The lighting switchbox was a bit confusing. Maybe it is just me, but I was constantly trying to find the perfect lighting condition. I would eventually, but it took some tries of pressing the button's.
