Hotel bueno calidad-precio bien situado.
Pros:

Estuve el año pasado, y el desayuno ha sido mejorado con algo más de variedad.
Tienen botellas de agua gratuitas, lo que es de agradecer.
Bien situado al lado de un 7/11, además de tener el metro muy cerca.
El precio es muy bueno para la calidad que ofrece.

Cons:

Teníamos reservada una habitación para 4 personas (2 adultos, y dos niños de 14 y de 10) con desayuno incluido. Al llegar nos indicaron que el niño de 10 tenía que pagar aparte el desayuno, a pesar de que no lo indicaba en la reserva.
En la habitación únicamente pusieron 3 almohadas pequeñas (éramos 4), la noche que llegamos nos dijeron que no nos podrían proporcionar otra y teníamos que esperar al día siguiente.

Perfect location and wonderful staff at Hotel Brighton City Osaka Kitahama!
Pros:

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, situated just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around Osaka incredibly easy.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming.A really thoughtful touch that we loved was the complimentary bottled water placed near the elevators, allowing you to grab what you needed whenever you went up or down. The room was on the smaller side, which is typical for Japan, but it was spotless, well-organized, and worked perfectly fine for a 2 to 3-day stay. Highly recommended for a short, convenient trip!

Pros:

The Hotel is very clean and staff in general very friendly and helpful. A shame because the rest of the hotel is a good choice for a family travelling to Osaka.

Cons:

The only negative experience we had was breakfast, staff at breakfast was extremely unfriendly and food was not good.

Amazing hotel 10/10 would stay again!
Pros:

The property was clean, well maintained. Room was big enough for two adults with large suitcases to have the both open, with room to still move around. Ammenities were superb. Great location, train station just on the corner plus a 7/11 convenience store just across the road! Staff were very accommodating when assistance was needed!
