Pros:

Hotel was 6 mins walk from the nearest station and 15 mins walk from the main station.
Room was very clean, quiet and spacious.
The hotel has useful laundrette rooms on 3 different floors.

Convenient hotel with great service
Pros:

Close to subway station, Osaka Castle & can even walk into Umeda. Plenty of convenience stores, a Life Supermarket & restaurants nearby. Sizeable room, great bed & best shower I've found in a hotel for a long time.
The staff were very friendly and fluent in English.
Appreciated the laundry facilities!

Cons:

Not a smart TV, so no access to streaming services.
I feel like the room could be arranged better to allow 2x large suitcases to be open and left on the floor, as cupboard space insufficient for all suitcase contents.

Definitely stay here if you're visiting Osaka!
Pros:

The location was great, literally a minute's walk from the train station and directly opposite a 24hr 7/11.

Staff were really helpful and spoke very good English.

The room was lovely, nice big size, clean and comfortable.

Free water bottles in the lobby were a nice touch as well as a reminder for us to stay hydrated!

It was quiet in the surrounding area as well which was a nice reprieve in such a hectic city!

Cons:

Nothing to say here, I couldn't fault it.
