Très confortable, facile d’accès et très propre.
Le petit déjeuner laisse a désirer. Tout était de passable à médiocre. La méthode d’infusion du café mériterait une sérieuse reconsidération vers le percolateur. Il était infecte.

The breakfast was great, a nice added bonus before getting on the road again.
The strong smell of perfume or recently shampooed carpets in the room was unacceptable. I closed the air and opened the window did not help! I have a perfume allergy and do not understand why any hotel would put scent in the rooms. It was a terrible night's sleep for what I got. Those with me who are not allergic even found the scent strong. We were in room 417.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and management of this Super 8 hotel.
My husband, our small child, and I booked a stay at this hotel from June 2 to June 14. Unfortunately, at the end of our first week, we received a phone call informing us that our relative was critically ill and near death, and we urgently needed to return to Toronto.
On the same day, which was a Saturday, I informed the hotel staff that we had to check out immediately due to this family emergency. I politely asked whether it would be possible to either cancel the remaining week of our reservation and receive a refund, or, if a refund was not possible, transfer the unused week to another month so that we could return and stay at the hotel later.
The hotel management told me that none of this was possible because I had made the reservation through Booking.com. They said that only Booking.com could handle such requests and that I would most likely be denied because I would need to provide a death certificate. At that time, our relative had not yet passed away but was in critical condition, and we had no choice but to leave immediately.
We returned our room keys and checked out. My husband was the last one to leave the room, and when he handed in the key cards at the front desk, he mentioned that there was still a possibility he might return on Monday or Tuesday, although nothing was certain at that moment.
Following the instructions given by the hotel management, I also contacted Booking.com. Unfortunately, Booking.com's customer service was very slow to respond. However, after several days, I finally received a reply stating that they were unable to make any changes to the reservation and that only the hotel management had the authority to modify the booking, move the unused dates, or provide any refund. Booking.com clearly advised me to contact the hotel directly because the decision was entirely in the hotel's hands.

Clean, walking distance to restaurants. Biking through and able to take bikes in room. Pool and hot tub were a bonus
