Prima verblijf in gezellige buurt vlakbij Parc Guell
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch in de gezellige wijk Gracia met leuke winkels en restaurants en veel locale bevolking. Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken.

Cons:

Bij de Booking stond het prachtige hoofdgebouw op de foto. Het verblijf was in een ander minder fraai gebouw. De kamer was erg sober maar functioneel ingericht.

Gute Lage, abgenutztes Hotel, dafür relativ günstig.
Pros:

Lage gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert während es heiss war.

Cons:

Leider war es bei uns nicht so sauber wie in vielen Bewertungen gelobt.

Die Möblierung wirkt sehr verbraucht. Ziertextilien (Vorhänge, Bettzierdecken, Zierpolster wirken abgenutzt und ungewaschen). Das Bett wurde täglich gerichtet, frische Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, doch bei uns waren die Fussböden schmutzig, unter dem Bett zb sehr staubig.

Wir haben im Badezimmer eine Kakerlakennymphe gefunden, vielleicht ist das in Paris bereits üblich? Außerdem hatten wir den Verdacht auf Bettwanzen (typische Stiche).

Déclassé sans recours.
Pros:

L'emplacement pratique et la garde des bagages.

Cons:

Je suis arrivé et la chambre n'était pas prête, j'ai déposé mon sac et suis parti car attendu pour un évènement.
J'ai prévenu que je reviendrais tardivement.
Lorsque je suis arrivé peu avant minuit mon sac m'attendais mais pas ma chambre, à la place la chambre basique et male entretenue du rez de chaussé à côté de l'accueil...
Globalement déçu pour le prix demandé...

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Freundliches Personal.
Super Lage, wir haben von hier aus Paris erlaufen. Metrostation in der Nähe, ebenso viele Cafes und Restaurants. Notre-Dame in 40 min fußläufig zu erreichen.
Frühstück für Pariser Verhältnisse gut (Preis/Leistung).
Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber ca. 100 m entfernt da angemietet. Bei Buchung reservieren!

Cons:

Zimmer relativ klein. Von den zwei Zimmern war ein Bad ohne Fenster oder Lüftung.
Zimmer relativ hellhörig.
Klimaanlage geräuschvoll.
Ein älterer Fahrstuhl für max. 2 Personen, wir mussten daher oft die Treppen gehen.

Reasonable price but just an ok stay
Pros:

Great location near Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. Breakfast is ok. Price is reasonable.

Cons:

The breakfast is just ok. It was busy most mornings and the staff did not do a good job of keeping dishes cleared or food filled. The room was pretty small.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff did a very good job.

Cons:

No refrigerator. Shower opening too small. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Only one coffee cup.
