Management needs to address safety issues (carpet nail perhaps)and fix water in stand up shower.

Staff was nice. Spacious room

Cons:

My son stepped on a mail near bathroom with tub. In the other shower, water took five minutes to warm up and water would resort to a trinkle towards the end. Windows were dirty.

everything was great until things came up missing.
Cons:

I had a large picture of my sister that just passed away. The picture was of her as a very young little girl when she was three years old. The picture was nicely framed. Being it was over 55 years old, it had an nostalgic quality to it. It came up missing from my room.

Comfortable, very clean, nice pool
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk, depending on your speed, to the America First Field for a concert. Perfect location!

I especially enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of food, everything was fresh, and it was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend Hyatt House Salt Lake City to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much that could have been better. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well set up. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Everything was organized and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Amazing!
Pros:

I felt very safe and it was quit. The pool was very nice and the room was amazing I liked that it had a small kitchen even tho we didn’t end up using it I thought it was great.

Cons:

I wish there were more breakfast options but other than that it was a beautiful property.

Hotel with nice big rooms, but slow checking in.
Pros:

The room was nice and big. We booked the two bedroom suite. It was nice to have so much space. The rooms were big and having two bathrooms was really nice. The pool was enjoyable and the free breakfast was good.

Cons:

We arrived to check in at 3 and were met with a long line of other costumers trying to check in and only one person working the counter. When it was finally our turn, we were told since we booked a bigger suite it was not ready yet. They told us it would be a few minutes, so we went out and unloaded our vehicles. When we returned we waited another 10 minutes to be told that our room would be another 20 minutes, but it wasn't. Finally at 4, our room was ready and we checked in. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but several.others were being told the same thing and we had somewhere to be at 3:30 and we were hoping to freshen up in our room before leaving, but instead half our family left for the event, while the other half waited for our room. I also thought the price was a bit high for this hotel. I have stayed in nicer for cheaper.
