Everything went perfect. Nice room,
Food wasn't the best but still good
The room was nice and big. We booked the two bedroom suite. It was nice to have so much space. The rooms were big and having two bathrooms was really nice. The pool was enjoyable and the free breakfast was good.
We arrived to check in at 3 and were met with a long line of other costumers trying to check in and only one person working the counter. When it was finally our turn, we were told since we booked a bigger suite it was not ready yet. They told us it would be a few minutes, so we went out and unloaded our vehicles. When we returned we waited another 10 minutes to be told that our room would be another 20 minutes, but it wasn't. Finally at 4, our room was ready and we checked in. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but several.others were being told the same thing and we had somewhere to be at 3:30 and we were hoping to freshen up in our room before leaving, but instead half our family left for the event, while the other half waited for our room. I also thought the price was a bit high for this hotel. I have stayed in nicer for cheaper.
They double charged me. Pre paid on booking then they needed another payment
My room was paid prior to my check in, they took my card for incidentals and charged me for the room again. I called four different time to get it handled, the last time I left a message with general manager have yet to hear from them. I always stay at Hyatt when I travel and have never had an issue before.
The Hyatt representative booked the wrong room type for me which ultimately led to a less than ideal stay. The front desk staff were unable to help with my desired room type which made things unpleasant. In addition the room had no drapes, just a set of blinds that didn’t close fully making it difficult to darken the room.

Missing shower curtain in one bathroom and no hot water in the other bathroom shower.

Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la autopista de unos 8 carriles. Imposible dormir. Camiones pasando constantemente toda la noche en ambos sentidos haciendo un ruido atronador. Pedimos un cambio y nos dijeron que solo tenían libres habitaciones que daban a la autopista. Por 450$ por dos noches me pareció excesivo. No lo recomiendo ni me volvería a alojar ahí.

A wellhead outdoor pool, w outdoor hot tub, impeccably maintained flora courtyard area feels like an incity oasis. We searched and searched; there's no other SLC area hotel like it.
The entire staff was truly exceptional-it is clear Management directs great due care for customer satisfaction, they went out of their way to help us when we didn't even ask. Yvette & Paco were terrific-hotel is fortunate to have them.

Hotel is very well maintained and still looks new. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Despite the hotel being close to the freeway you couldn't hear traffic noise once inside your room. The pool area is great and you can escape the sun by sitting in the covered area in the courtyard. I loved that the living room/kitchenette is separate from the bedroom/bathroom so you have privacy and not feel like you are "stuck" in a hotel room. The restaurant menu was limited but I enjoyed both the cheeseburger and chicken caesar salad. In all the hotel is a great fit for families and business travelers.
I went with my husband and kids. Breakfast was warm and wonderful, everything was clean, the pull-out beds were comfy (according to my kids), and I love that the TV swiveled 180 degrees so you could watch it from the couch or on the bed. A few warnings: I don't love the "window" on the sink side of the shower! It meant that my kids couldn't use the sink or get things out of the bathroom closet when anyone was showering and vice versa. Also, be aware that the bathroom doors do not lock. This caused a bit of trauma during our stay, lol. But other than than it was a wonderful stay!

The Front desk staff were extremely pleasant and professional. This hotel was extremely cleaned. Rooms were spacious with full size kitchen. Centrally located in Sandy with Shopping and eateries all around. We want stay anywhere else when visiting Salt Lake City.
