Large room with good amenities but outdated. No USB ports. Good location and reasonable price. There are a few seats at a small bar, but no one was there, would not consider it a restaurant.
The staff adequate. Room was large and comfortable and had a nice area to eat and work remotely. Unfortunately the neighbors had the hall and our room wreaking of Marijuana.

My Stay at Hyatt House Sandy Utah was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful they recommended a great restaurant for a dinner meeting I had with a team member and two colleagues. The recommendation was awesome food was great and the staff at the restaurant was incredible. My room was very clean and quiet.
Excellent location to access ski resorts in Cottonwood canyon. Elevated off the highway with consistent white noise of cars/trucks on I-15. We are heavy sleepers so, it didn't bother us. Ask for a room on the back/mountain side for less noise. We had a studio suite with a nice kitchen set up, big bathroom, closet with hangers, and couch for lounging. Quality breakfast with omelette station. Recommended!

Staff was friendly, front desk and cafe were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast went beyond expectations. There is even an omelet bar in addition to excellent buffet offerings. Fabulous tea and coffee available throughout the day. Super clean facilities and impressive outdoor pool and spa. Quiet despite being adjacent to I 15.

Our second time back to this hotel and we love it! The staff here makes all the difference. They are the best! Friendly, professional, hard working and genuinely good people. Especially Paco. The hotel is very clean, has a full kitchen, has a free shuttle to take you anywhere within 5 miles including to the ski bus stations, and a heated pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary hot breakfast is available and we appreciate that they have an omelette station too. Thank you for making our vacation so nice. We will definitely stay here again next time we return to ski in Utah.

Price booked was $148.21 with tax. I did pay $173.21.
Good location, very quiet rooms, excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, and even a custom omellette bar! There is a pool and hot tub, the hot tub was the bubbly kind, but very relaxing after a hard days skiing.
I would stay here again if I was skiing in the Little Cottonwood Canyon.
There for a Cheer competition. With a ton of cheer families arriving all the same time, the staff was super friendly, and very accommodating as always!
The coffee was bitter and undrinkable. the omelet station was hidden in the corner behind the coffee station. There was no hot water for hot chocolate. A towel from the cleaner was left on the floor in our room. The room was very small.
