One of the staff members were insulting.
Pros:

Close to everything.

Cons:

No coffee in rooms. Breakfast was not too impressive. No hot water at sink.

Great price and value for the money- excellent stay
Pros:

Very unique in the heart of Payson! It was very clean and modern. Room was relaxing and beds were comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming. Will stay here again!

Fit for us at the last minute to stay overnight. Good price and worked well.
Pros:

Like the free breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff was friendly

Cons:

Everything was great but the location was a little difficult to park in, if you have a larger truck you have difficulty fitting inside their parking area and no room for trailer They might have an extra area for trailers but I didn't ask.

Do not stay here
Pros:

Room was dated. Comforter was as thin as a sheet and some parts were so worn they were see through. Shower pressure fluctuates the entire time.
Insulation between floors is non-existent and we were kept awake by the room above us walking around until midnight and awoken by them at 5am.

Cons:

See above. Nothing to like at all.

Terrible tired night
Pros:

room was very clean

Cons:

to start with owner said he couldnt find my booking .com res,i had conf # email everything.I went to eat dinner.Went back,Still said no he cant find it.Tried to charge me approx 20 dollars more.after disagreeing and arguing he hands me my card and id and a room key.Was ordered and approved a king bed as my wife is on med equip needs room.We got a twin bed.Then the glass in the bathroom window supposed to have obscurred glass had clear glass no curtain or blind with open view to outside businesses and a parking lot.Bad Way to run a business.Actuall made me want to never go back to motel 6 again.

The location was decent

There was literally 3 rooms rented and before 8am housekeeping was sweeping and being extremely loud…. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY ROOM. Literally she could have started ANYWHERE ELSE.
