The hotel staff was outstanding they were attentive and handled my housekeeping request. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. My room was clean well stocked and everything appeared to work as expected. The shower pressure and temperature was perfect.

The room and staff was okay but the breakfast was not what we expected. My family booked 5 rooms in that hotel. The breakfast was not what we're used to having. Next time, we will select a different hotel.

Shower was NOT clean at all. Dirt and hair all over. Tub drain is was going down slow. Other than that the Room seemed very clean. Front desk was very courteous and text me for any issues. Of course didnt see shower til later. Breakfast only had hard boiled eggs. No other eggs, no other hot food. TOASTER was not working correctly. Took like 8mins to get some very light toast.

A lot. I notified hotel I had service dog. Still charged 50. Because I didn't bring my papers.
Disappointed that this hotel has Hilton name, extremely disappointed! Not even coffee pot in room. Noisy. Only bagels and cereal for breakfast. Would not recommend

Does not have a pool

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and spacious. Jessica was very accommodating, professional and made our stay enjoyable.

We didnt stay when booked it advertized inside and outside pool and when we got there to check in the front desk told me they had remodeled and remoced the pools.

Toilet seat was loose just had hip surgery so made it very difficult to sit
They did come look at it but it did not fix it.

Our room was clean - and the hotel itself was very clean. I thinl there should be more options for breakfast. There was no fruit, eggs, etc.

The place was under renovation. There was no food there for breakfast. The room was not clean. There was no working TV no Wi-Fi no cable and I felt like they should have told her before we paid for the room.

Never checked in because they had no power, no phone, internet. They cancelled my reservation so where is my refund?

The room was filthy and we had to ask for more towels. I had to clean the counters down and toilet seat because it was dirty. Only three tv channels and no internet.

I wasn’t told until I arrived that the WiFi was out and the pool had been closed cause of new management. There wasn’t a verity of breastfast items. It just wasn’t what was advertised

Hotel was nasty looking, prior to check in there was a sign posted that they had not internet, no telephone, no TV and couldn’t tell guests when it would be up. The front desk associate said she would cancel my reservation. She confirmed cancellation. Still no refund.

The stay at this hotel was awful for me. We were greeted with a sign that said no internet service cable or phone service. I had to change rooms 3 times because the room either was tore up door broken or the bathroom was filthy. But the nail in the coffin for me was there was no water in the hotel and this was Christmas Eve the water wasn't on. It didn't come back on until1:30-2:00am on Christmas morning. The third room had trash in the close and we had to deal with the smell of weed being smoke on the floor but we were so exhausted and couldn't get another hotel we just ended up dealing with it. I was so disappointed and unsatisfied especially with this being under the wyndham name. I will NEVER book at this property again when i come back to town.
