Decent sized room and clean. Not as attractive on the outside from when you check in to going to your room.
No one was at reception and had to wait for 10-15 mins. There was a sign on the door saying someone would be back soon and a telephone number to call which was switched off!
Good location and close to the station
Staff was very helpful with asked questions and services offered. Room was clean and well equipped. The location was great with 4 subways and a bus station nearby, but also stores all over.

This place is filthy - I mean gross. The rooms aren’t properly cleaned, there’s stains everywhere (including around the toilet), and there is the strongest smell of mildew in the bathrooms. When I first arrived there was also ants in my room, I complained and they moved me to another room - same problem. I would strongly recommend no one brings a child <5 years old to this property as it is just unsafe. I have asthma which was being badly triggered by the mould, and I will be reporting this venue to the health & safety department.
I like the location. It is conveniently located with excellent access to public transport, shops, and local attractions.
From all the 12 Executive Apartment bookings that I booked and completed since 2021, I strongly believe that I was only assigned to one for 4 instances. It's frustrating because mostly I booked in advance, messaged the property, kept track of the availability of the preferred room and still I was assigned the least preferred room on the actual dates. I learned to love the place so even if they treat me like this most of the time, I still choose to stay with them. It is just disappointing and frustrating.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój w piwnicy o czym nie było mowy. Od wejścia bardzo mocno śmierdziało stęchlizną i pleśnią. W prawdzie następnego dnia miły pan z obslugi zmienił nam pokój na inny w którym nie śmierdziało, jednak łóżko było w nim niezbyt czysto.
Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen an einer zentralen U-Bahn-Station. Und direkt ein Pub war nebenan.
Ich hatte zwei Einzelbetten, anstatt eines französischen Bits angewählt. Die Betten standen zwar nebeneinander, waren aber sehr unterschiedlich, vor allem eins sehr schmal.

I was only staying a night, I got given a room with a broken shower which was promptly looked at, but then was offered a room in the basement area…creepy at 9pm to change your room alone to there.
Got there and the chairs had stains, bathroom looked like it hasn’t been updated since the victorian era. It’s got stains and broken cabinets like a horror movie.
Then, worst bit is i agreed to stay, as i just needed to stay a night, then realised NONE of the windows locked, anyone could come inside at night…i told the staff and they said yeah they cant do anything and id have to use the shower there and move back to my other room…i had no choice but to do so. I was then told the heating system is off and will not work, asked 3 times for heating to be switched on, it was freezing. Horrible rooms!! They need to update everything, staff were doing their best, but nothing in their power apparently.
Refuse the lower floor rooms, floor 3 has an okay room still sink was blocked last time i stayed!!!! But you have to checkin before 2-3pm to get room upstairs. Ridiculous.

Nice location close to train stations both district and circle - so it was easy to get anywhere
The stove didn’t work, most of the time you got maybe three tv channels that worked
The bathroom shower was very old and dirty - some
Sort of soap scum or something like that all over then door track
The walls were falling apart in the bathroom
The refrigerator barely kept things cold
No AC - fan provided was a small desk fan
The window to outside was incredibly dirty and had mold growing on its frame
