Basic accommodations with lovely staff.
Pros:

Room size was good and decor lovely. Good location with their own water arrival and departure dock. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower was very tiny - shower was way too small, even for a woman. No iron or steamer for clothes which is a problem after flying 8 hrs. Didn't feel the price was worth the value.

Cons:

Passava la luce del corridoio da sotto la porta della camera, ma non mi ha dato molto fastidio e comunque avrei potuto dirlo e si sarebbe risolto in fretta.

We enjoyed ourselves very much, the breakfast was very good and we would return.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent and assisted with every request. The location was very good.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like, but if we had to say something, it was a little pricey, but after all, it is Venice.

Hôtel parfait avec un emplacement exceptionnel.
Pros:

Un séjour parfait dans un hôtel très agréable. Extrêmement bien placé, le personnel est très accueillant. Si on revient ce sera la.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le prix du petit déjeuner un peu cher surtout pour les enfants et avons pris l’option de le prendre ailleurs.

A beautiful hotel on the canal,
Pros:

The property is well located and we had a room on the canal. The staff was excellent and very helpful in every way. I made a mistake on booking and arrived a day early, but they quickly accommodated us. The room was clean and it was huge with wonderful old furniture that made the visit seem more like a walk back in history as Venice is. This is an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to others. Breakfast was good with eggs to order.

Cons:

Value could be better.

Espectacular
Pros:

Hermosa ubicación y el hotel muy lindo. El desayuno nos encantó.
Y lo mejor es el recepcionista nos ayudó mucho, siempre bien predispuesto

Great visit and good location for exploring Venice

Really nice hotel in the center of Venice.
The Staff has been very friendly. We got some great tips.
Room was clean and a good spot to explore Venice!

Cons:

No fridge in the room and sadly we couldn't close the bathroom door properly
