Pros:

Wonderful location, close to everything. Very welcoming staff, big room overlooking the canal and even a lovely rooftop bar. A full breakfast with eggs, cereal, fruit and pasties was also available. Great value!

Nice room, great location. In a few minutes walk you're basically everywhere. Nice bathroom. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Limited buffet. For food constrained people you're limited to a few things. The bar at the top is a mosquito hell.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. We didn't know we would need tickets / admission for the fireworks, and the reception tried to get some for us for at least 15 min. Good location with a few min walk to the Piazza San Marco

Breakfast was not the best, but still good. You can ask for scrambled Egos freshly made, we didn't know that the first morning
