Decent hotel near St. Mark’s
Pros:

Location was great and had a very charming venice feel to it.

Cons:

There wasn’t a shower! Just a bathtub with a spray nozzle but no shower curtains. Also, the drain smelled horrible.

Fabulous hotel, superb location
Pros:

Everything, room was massive, they accommodated my request for a walk in shower, bed was huge and we had a view of the canal which is a route the gondolas take

Lokacija hotela je izuzetna, sve je u blizini. Osoblje je ljubazno i spremni uvijek za pomoć. Mi smo kasnili 1 dan u dolasku i hotel je promijenio našu rezervaciju bez ikakve naknade.

Cons:

Voljela bih da gosti dobiju hotelske papuče.

Beautiful Central Venetian hotel with attentive and very helpful staff.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, central, great neighborhood with the Opera and restaurants. The room was very spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the service great. The best service was the front desk staff. With maps, we got so much information about ferry's, taxis, time tables, walking routes, gondola recommendations, etc. - it made our entire trip so much easier and comfortable. Fantastic service and most convenient location!

Cons:

Nothing - love this hotel and its staff!

Perfect stay for a our business trip. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - Elisa and David. Clean, comfortable and cosy room, convenient location, just a short distance to San Marco Square. Excellent breakfast!
