Cons:

Hard to get to from water taxi with luggage. Couple steps and bridge to go over so reconsidering staying here if travelling with lot of luggage and private taxi is not in the budget.

Pros:

The
Location is fabulous. You can get there and leave in a water taxi right to the hotel. Everything you want within 10 min easy walk.

Cons:

A bit old styled, straies and distribution a bit convoluted but nothing serious.

A boutique hotel that is very accommodating, great location for walking to sites
Pros:

Locate was great, it was a little confusing on getting to it the first time, but once we figured it out, it went grand. Didn't have the breakfast but the top floor honor bar was fully stocked and was excellent!
Water taxi picked us up at the front door of the hotel to take us to the airport

Cons:

We can't think of anything we didn't like about the hotel & staff.

Excellent Location & Spacious Room
Pros:

Location was excellent and very central to the key areas of Venice. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large enough to spread out. Our room also overlooked the small canal and front of the hotel and we could see a couple gondolas and gondoliers parked out front, as well as watch others float by.

Cons:

The very loud buzz of entering our room was equal to that of opening a jail cell. It was alright to open our door, but we could easily hear it from the other rooms in our hall.
