Capisco il check in alle 15, noi arriviamo alle 11, che la camera non sia ancora pronta, ma mi aspettavo almeno di poter utilizzare la piscina lasciando i bagagli in deposito. È un servizio che molti hotel della stessa categoria offrono e sinceramente mi lascia un po’ deluso.” Anche perché il check out è alle 10,30… e per 600 euro insomma…

Starke Massenabfertigung im Hotel. Frühstück war im Vergleich zu allen anderen Unterkünften von uns am Gardasee das schlechteste. Umgebung ist aufgrund der Landstrasse und des Kreisels ziemlich laut. Überall auf den Balkonen wurde geraucht, so dass man keine Luft ins Zimmer lassen konnte.
At first, we were given a room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Unfortunately, it felt damp, cold, and rather uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t available in April, and it was too cold to leave the windows open at night. We actually ended up catching a cold.
Thankfully, after we were moved to a sunny room on the other side of the hotel, our experience improved significantly.
On the positive side, the rooftop terrace with its swimming pool is a lovely feature, and the location is beautiful. The hotel also looks much more impressive from the outside than it does inside.
Overall, however, I don’t think the value for money matches the price.
There were almost no vegan breakfast options, which was quite disappointing.
Прекрасный персонал на ресепшен, на завтраке в ресторане. Хороший завтрак, просекко , вкуснейшие круассаны, в один из дней , круассаны закончились так как мы были уже к окончанию завтрака, нам любезно приготовили новую порцию свежих. Просторные номера, удобные матрасы, подушки, просторный балкон и шикарный вид на озеро. Бассейн на крыше с прекрасным видом на Гарду и красивые закаты. Хорошая СПА-зона.
Нам все понравилось. Единственный ньюанс который сложно отнести к недостаткам отеля, но обычно во всех отелях в которых мы останавливались на день рождения всегда получали какое-либо небольшое поздравление, это мог быть маленький знак внимания, открытка, бутылка вина или просекко или десерт, здесь почему-то совсем никак не поздравили, хотя такого уровня отели всегда это делают и я предварительно, при бронировании, уточняла , есть ли у них какие-то предложения на день рождения так как у мужа был юбилей. Beautiful hotel and grounds , fantastic breakfast and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Pool was excellent, very clean and well maintained.
Bathrooms could do with a bit of upgrading and soft furnishings in bedrooms a bit dated.
Bar very pricy and would benefit from serving evening meals.
