The hotel has excellent helpful staff and is cleaned every day, the roof top pool is a beautiful location to relax, the spa is lovely and also the breakfast was great. We hired the bikes a couple of times and enjoyed that as well.
Just one lady in the spa was sometimes a bit rude.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es fehlt an nichts
Schade dass die beiden Pools bereits früh schliessen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Nur wenige Meter zur Seepromenade und mit mehreren guten bis mittelguten Restaurants umgeben. Die Zimmer sind räumlich genügend, Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch völlig OK.
Einzig die Treppenaufgänge zu den Hoteletagen könnten etwas sauberer und gestaltet sein. Diese werden jedoch als Ablageräume benutzt.
Everything was great. It was near to the lake. We had a pool view room and could see the lake as well. We liked that there was SPA and pool on the roof and in the garden. Room was clean and breakfast was also good. Would visit again :).

Il soggiorno è stato deludente rispetto alle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. La camera presentava diversi insetti e, al nostro rientro verso mezzanotte, abbiamo trovato sempre più grilli, probabilmente provenienti da qualche fessura, nonostante la finestra fosse chiusa. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera, ma non è stato possibile perché la struttura era al completo. Purtroppo questo ha reso la notte molto spiacevole. Ci ha inoltre deluso la gestione del problema: non ci è stato proposto alcun rimborso, sconto o altro gesto di attenzione verso il disagio subito. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.
