Nice accommodation. Excellent Location for family and solo travelers.
Pros:

The location is perfect and near the tram station. The apartment studio is wide and clean.

Cons:

Weak Wifi Signal. The apartment cannot be cleaned or the towels changed less than 7 days

I will not come back to this place.
Pros:

The location was good. You can take the transportation in front of the building.

Cons:

We had issues with the AC. The AC was not cooling enough for the high temperature in Florence. I contacted the person in charge and the issue was not resolved. The room kept the temperature to 28C. The bathroom was very hot all the time too. I requested to somebody to come and fix it, but the person kept saying that temperature was perfectly fine. Very disappointing!

Obrovská izba a skutočný nábytok, kde stôl mal hádam 70 kg😁.Výborná poloha, cca 15 min od centra s elektrickou ktorá má zastávku pred budovou a super komunikácia s personálom na diaľku, keďže sa jedná o bezkontaktné ubytovanie som mal trocha obavy no všetko fungovalo na jednotku, ďakujeme

Cons:

Nie je nič čo by sa mi nepáčilo. Možno by som vymenil toaletu, bola fakt vysoká ja mám 188cm no nohy mi v sede len tak tak dosiahli na zem 🤣 ale to je detail.

Estancia buena y céntrica
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa y tenía todo lo que se necesitaba, está muy céntrico, te mueves bien con el tranvía, y tenía supermercados, cafés y todo tipo de servicio bastante cerca

Cons:

Podrían renovar la cama y hacer que sea más confortable.
Me dijeron que limpiarían la habitación, llegué un domingo, me fui un viernes y no la limpiaron ni un solo día, aún y cuando me indicaron que lo harían

Pros:

Alloggio comodo, nuovo, e pulito, vicino a polo universitario, regione, tribunale. Comodo per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio per motivi di lavoro, ma anche per raggiungere il centro, in 20 minuti grazie alla tranvia (fermata a due minuti dall'ingresso). Quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso.

Posizione perfetta, con tutti i comfort
Pros:

Posizione ottima. La struttura si trova proprio in corrispondenza della fermata Novoli-Torre degli Agli del tram T2, comoda sia per chi deve raggiungere l'aeroporto, sia per chi deve andare in centro/stazione.
Attraversando la strada, si trova un'ottima pasticceria comoda per la colazione.
Il parcheggio privato, a pagamento, è prenotabile prima dell'arrivo ed è direttamente collegato alla struttura.
Disponibile anche un deposito bagagli.
Animali ammessi, con supplemento.

Cons:

La vicinanza alla linea del tram, può risultare rumorosa ai più sensibili.
Noi eravamo al secondo piano e, per quanto si sentisse il passaggio del tram, era comunque molto attuttito e non ne abbiamo avuto disturbo.
