This was the worst I'm all my travels I got sent to a oyo that was no longer open I had traveled all night and worked all day to get to a room that did not even let me in the door
For some reason, one is able to book a stay at this hotel. Once arriving, one discovers that it is closed. Not open. I stood outside with a few others that had the same situation. Awful weekend to have chosen a hotel thinking it was going to be open and finding out once arriving, it was closed down. No other local hotels had rooms.
That the room was booked and finding out upon arrival that the location was closed.
OYO on I-55 Was sold by the OYO owners. Facility was run down/ they didn't have a reservation for me and sent me to the new Location
Went to new location. No reservation. Called the company to tell them the. OYO had no reservation for me/ nothing they could do. Did not stay at the OYO

Hotel was sold last month and no longer exists. I could not check in. Door was locked and no one was there. I paid for a hotel room that is nonexistent.

Complete Scam the hotel doesn't work. There was no one at the reception at the time my family and I arrived. I called and they told me that they would give me a full refund because there was no one at the reception.

The building & property was terrible!
We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel it was so unsafe. The hotel manager was out front smoking weed. We have already reached out to have a refun issued as this hotel is nothing like what the website represents. It should be removed from all lostongs due to its conditions and the area it is. The police have a cruiser stationed at the hotel side entrance for when someone is shot or over overdoes on drugs. This is a horrible representation on this website and everyone overseeing it.

The pictures I took of the OYO “place”, I can’t even call it a hotel, tell the story! The accommodations are absolutely deplorable in every way. THEY HAVE NO working TVs in any of the rooms!!! Then the OYO had the nerve to ask for a $50 deposit, which is actually non-refundable because it won’t be returned no matter how hard you try. They don’t even tell you that they have no Working TVs, they lie and tell you that maintenance will be by to check it out. They only had 3 dingy towels in the room for a party of 4 and 1 of those was a DISH TOWEL! Because the owners of the OYO are so dishonest, they treat their guests like liars and theifs. I had to ask the front desk for EVERYTHING. When I was given an IRON, they said for me to PLEASE RETURN IT-go figure? Who does that?
No hot water or TV ,crack in the walls and doors.Wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me to stay
i could not checkin. although there was a lite open sign, no one was thete. when i tried calling, there was a three option message. the option that i chose was a transfer into nowhere. this occurred around 11:30pm on october 5th. Bottom line i received no service.

The Entire building is condemn, staff had front door lock with a no vacancies sign & Ive already paid in advance. I found staff selling drugs out of one of the rooms on the 2nd floor. This was a disgrace. after finding the trap room where staff was serving from, i immediately went to retrieve my banger out the car. Then I allowed them to show me a room because I desperately wanted the 3rd wheel we bought on our trip out of my presence , he was not going to the air bnb with us. Anyway, It had no running water,!! no ac, towels or soap. The front door didn't lock and the tub I wouldn't bathe a dog in it, Waiting to dispute the charge with my bank .I had to book another hotel down the street. You been warned! And Booking.com need to remove this listing ASAP
