Amazing hotel and service hope tp come again

This is really one of best hotels we have been ever. The staff is doing everything in their power to make your stay comfortable.

The only thing that we can complain is that ac was not working.

A great stay in a beautiful hotel. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and spotlessly clean

Cons:

There was no aircon, which mostly didn’t matter due to the climate and far more environmentally friendly but on one warm night would have been nice

Good base for summer hiking
Pros:

Centrally located in Madonna di Campiglio, very nice higher-end hotel, withing walking distance of couple of lifts (we used one for starting a hike), and from many restaurants. The room was excellent, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Spa isn't very large, but good, and we even took an excellent (perhaps pricey?) massage. Very good breakfast.
The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms don't have A/C. I wasn't paying attention while booking, since assumed a 5 star hotel would have one. I was accommodated with a fan, but ended up sleeping with balcony door open to let in the cool mountain air.
