La posizione molto centrale

Cons:

La totale disorganizzazione dello staff addetto alla prima colazione (con diversi tavoli liberi, l’attesa per essere indirizzati al tavolo era ingiustificata. Ciò perché evidentemente a qualche ospite, ma non a tutti, era garantito il “privilegio” di avere un tavolo “preassegnato”. La mia richiesta di un cappuccino, poi, ha dovuto essere ripetuta per tre volte). Nessuna delle pietanze previste nel buffet era preparata al momento, come è ormai frequente in hotel a 5 ed anche 4 stelle. Le dimensioni della camera (una tripla) sono modeste: ho trovato spesso camere più ampie in hotel di 3 stelle dell’Alto Adige.

volevamo ringraziarvi per il bellissimo soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, sia per quanto riguarda l’hotel che la SPA e il servizio di noleggio biciclette, che abbiamo apprezzato molto.
Ci è dispiaciuto solamente non essere riusciti a usufruire del servizio massaggi, purtroppo già al completo durante il nostro soggiorno, ma sarà sicuramente un motivo in più per tornare!

Cons:

Non abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che alla sera, lo staff sia entrato in camera mentre eravamo a cena, per sistemare le lenzuola e lasciando due cioccolatini, avendo oggetti personali sparsi.

Pros:

Nice location excellent staff especially Erene was very helpful his name escapes my mind but he was great also

Cons:

I think the photos on Booking.com are a bit dated now I think one representatives should pay a visit as there it’s more built up than the photo shows .
That said it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay

La posizione era ottima, abbondante e varia la colazione, lo staff molto gentile e cordiale. Doccia enorme e spaziosa con vista sulle Dolomiti, balcone grande e panoramico.

Cons:

Poichè avevamo una cagnolina, l'unica stanza un pò piccola per noi, era Perla. Ma pulizia eccellente

La struttura è molto bella, curata e ben utilizzata, con un ambiente piacevole e accogliente.

Tuttavia, una grande pecca è la scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere, che rende il soggiorno meno confortevole.
Un altro aspetto che, a mio avviso, andrebbe migliorato riguarda la gestione delle intolleranze alimentari. Avevo segnalato preventivamente la mia celiachia, ma durante la colazione erano disponibili solo prodotti confezionati senza glutine, una scelta che mi è sembrata più adatta a una struttura di categoria inferiore. Inoltre, per alcuni alimenti presenti al buffet, come affettati e yogurt, non erano chiaramente indicati gli allergeni, rendendo difficile scegliere in sicurezza.
Nel complesso, la struttura ha ottime potenzialità, ma una maggiore attenzione all'insonorizzazione e soprattutto alla gestione delle esigenze alimentari renderebbe l'esperienza decisamente migliore.
