Pros:

posizione eccezionale, loro gentilissimi, sono stato li per sciare quindi non ho provato molti servizi, ma quel poco che ho provato mi è piaciuto e loro sono molto gentili.

Cons:

avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli e loro in effetti mi hanno accontentato ma i 2 letti singoli erano attaccati e non si poteva dividerli per la conformazione della stanza, una piccola disattenzione.

This was our another time at Spinale hotel. As usual great lobby and location but this time the service was a hostel style.

Cons:

Booked the restaurant, and had to wait for 25 minutes until the table was ready. For the second booking, the next day - the table wasn't ready again and we had to wait for about 10 minutes just to be proposed to get a table outside the restaurant. No apologies, no offers... Bins not emptied after daily cleaning. Basic breakfast. Very basic. The day before the checkout we kindly asked to pack our ski onto the car rooftop box just to find out next morning that this was not done. No help was even offered when mentioned to reception. No kettle in the room, no coffee maker, no basics. We thought the hotel will be a real 5* after renovation but its not more than good 3* or low 4*.
