This was our another time at Spinale hotel. As usual great lobby and location but this time the service was a hostel style.

Cons:

Booked the restaurant, and had to wait for 25 minutes until the table was ready. For the second booking, the next day - the table wasn't ready again and we had to wait for about 10 minutes just to be proposed to get a table outside the restaurant. No apologies, no offers... Bins not emptied after daily cleaning. Basic breakfast. Very basic. The day before the checkout we kindly asked to pack our ski onto the car rooftop box just to find out next morning that this was not done. No help was even offered when mentioned to reception. No kettle in the room, no coffee maker, no basics. We thought the hotel will be a real 5* after renovation but its not more than good 3* or low 4*.

Wspaniała lokalizacja przy samym stoku zjazd na nartach .Obsluga na bardzo wysokim poziomie Restauracja śniadania obiady kolacje wykwintne .

Avendo usufruito di un pacchetto acquistato in anticipo , il costo del soggiorno è stato basso
Pros:

Posizione ideale per sciare e per shopping.
Camere molto ben isolate dai rumori esterni.
Prima colazione commisurata alla standing dell'hotel.

Cons:

Per scendere a piedi in garage si passa dalla spa. Non accettabile.
Per la classe dell'hotel occorrerebbe una piscina esterna o di una vasca idromassaggio esterna con solarium........
Ergonomia da migliorare nel bagno in camera ( es. gli accappatoi sopra il WC.....)
Mancanza di una sala TV e di una cigar house.
Mi sarebbe piaciuta una lobby più "di montagna", ma è un gusto mio, quindi soggettivo.
