Food quality and test is delicious.All staff and house keeping services persons are very polite and friendly.One of the best stay I enjoyed in the past 6 years.

Staffs are very helpful and polite.. the main thing which I want to convey that I went there for 2 days stay along with my husband and my infant kid(5month) , my son is having fever and cough n cold ...they are very kind enough to allow my parents for room visit.. thank you again. Many many thanks

Nice place everything was quiet beautiful all facilities at a good price. Only thing i wanna tell them to improve is their resturant slow service food was nice but they takes almost an hour to prepare veg food

The staff was courteous but the property needs a serious upgrade.
Paintbpeeling off, stale smell in the room was a serious turnoff

I didn't check in at the hotel cz I was sick and so had requested the authorities to postpone the stay but they didn't do anything. Very shameless.

The property is good and the rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly staff makes your stay even more enjoyable. The food is excellent and the buffet breakfast has a huge spread.

Every think is fine not proper cleanness, too much traffic to go there.

Little things that could make the stay better.
One the request for a hard bed- did not happen. The wife and the mother in law could not sleep as they have bad backs
The electric kettle - faulty switch.

Fortune Park is located in Lake Land Country Club premises. The Club, the residential area behind the Club, the lakes are all wonderful places. The property is a bit old but fairly well maintained. Service is good and staff is very friendly.
However, none of the Calcutta sights are nearby. Getting an OLA or Uber takes lot of time and gets worse on Sundays. Nearest metro station is 11km away (Rabindra Sadan). Returning at night from City to the hotel also was a big challenge.

Outstanding response,behaviour of all staff attractive. Tasty food served.recommended for tourists having own conveyance. Places to visit is far away from hotel.pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel was good in service and luxury, but its location is a disadvantage for the people who came to visit kolkatta, as its around 15 kms from the main city and at night time you also face getting taxi's from Kolkatta to go there and similar problem you face in the morning time for the hotel side.

Bathroom has smell of smoke and urine..not healthy at all

This is a nicely placed property, it looks good from the hotel website photographs but once you go there you realize that it's not maintained well at all. We visited the hotel in mid summer but the swimming pool water is green in color although they claim it's well maintained and usable. Same with other part of the property. Breakfast spread good but i found most of the stuff were not so tasty
