Great place , nice apartment
Pros:

Location , 2 mins walk to beach , 20 mins in centre( surfers )

Great location, value for money, nice facilities, room needs a few improvements and it will be perf.
Pros:

We liked the location, easy access, car parking was good. Value for money, the room had what we needed.

Cons:

The shower and vanity good do with some Exit mould sprayed and cleaned properly. The master bed is in desperate need of a new mattress and the knives were horrendously blunt and we couldnt cut fruit or veggies. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom doesn't work very well either.

Good location, easy stay.
Pros:

Stayed in room 18 which was great since its bottom floor and no elevators was right in front of the pool which was good for kids.
Easy car parking no hassles.
Pool is nice and well kept.

Cons:

All curtains need a good scrub.
Internet turns off and on 24/7 can’t even watch a full movie. Have to switch the television off and on re connect every 30 minutes.
Vacuum is old and doesn’t work so makes it hard to actually clean the floors, no cleaning supply’s
I suggest packing extra toilet paper, cleaning spray , washing powder, cloths.
Shower screen is broken over the bath.
Seen someone in reception once in the entire 9 days of stay.

Great position close to beach trams and d’arcy arms, broadlands bowling and Northcliffe surf club good food
Pros:

Clean and tidy rooms decent size the pool area and pool excellent

Cons:

Not an actual dislike the sofas in the room were a bit uncomfortable but not a big issue

Very nice, and all as advertised. Stayed for 2 weeks.

Pool and a easy walk into town

Cons:

No Dishwasher, no Foxtel as stated in the booking, only had dishwasher cubes for washing dishes. And the clothes dryer was had a loud tick and bang when using it.

Comfortable, clean and great pool and spa. Lovely gardens
Pros:

We had unit 13 which was so clean and bright. We stayed for a week. Absolutely loved it. Bonus it’s on the ground floor. Kids loved the pool and so close to everything. Good car park too, easy access to unit from car park. Very comfortable accomodation. My family loved it. Thank you Mari court!
