Pros:

We liked how close it was to Southern University. I also liked the handicapped bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom had a smell of sewage and every time I opened my room door it smelled like mildew.

I would recommend everybody to stay at Microtel for vacations, pleasure or business.
Pros:

Convenience of places to eat, gas station, cleanliness, pool area, friendly staff and location, location.

Cons:

I could not get the Toto work properly. First it only played one channel, fixed the problem. Had to unplug and replug cable bc it would display no signal.

Pros:

It's was a decent facility, just got nervous due to some panhandlers that were outside in parking lot.

Cons:

It was s bit scary to pull up and have a panhandle out by the cars at night when I got there.

Cons:

Location is iffy, my husband hadn't even gotten out of the vehicle and was approached by a literal crack head asking for money that worked down the street at Dominoes. Then we get to the room and had four encounters with cock roaches, floor was sticky, comforter had a stain. The sheets and pillows were clean, was OK for one quick night, and only stayed because it was late and we had been on the road all day. Otherwise we would have left and found another hotel option
