Please be informed that the hotel provides a scheduled shuttle service to Cha-am and Hua Hin for an additional charge. The times are as follows:

- From Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am Beach Resort & Spa: 10:30, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00 hrs.
- From Hua Hin: 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 17:30, 20:00 hrs.

Please note that the shuttle service is subject to availability and a 1-hour advanced booking is required.

Please note that pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed to stay in Superior Rooms, which is located on the 5th floor. The maximum number of pets allowed is 1 per room. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information.

All furniture is too old every floor have water leaking and spot dot of mold
The restaurant for breakfast food varieties is poor all equipment is look old . Pastry corner all bakery is not fresh bake

Pros:

Hotel ligt direct aan het strand en alle kamers hebben een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee. Het het hotel heeft een enorm groot zwembad.

Cons:

Het strand is niet schoon en het is moeilijk te bereiken vanaf het hotel (rotsstrand). Het hotel is enigszins verouderd en heeft een renovatie nodig (zeker om het niveau en de kwaliteit van een Radisson Hotel te benaderen). In de omgeving is nauwelijks iets te doen en je hebt beslist een auto nodig om de omgeving te bezoeken (Cha Am en Hua Hin).

Good stay if you’re on a budget does the job for one night
Pros:

Price was competitive but the property a little tried . Great views and amazing sunrise out of your balcony

Cons:

Some of the public areas were in this repair but generally the cleanliness was not there. I didn’t try the pool or any of the other facilities. It just feels like it’s a hotel that hasn’t been referred for about 20 years otherwise the actual property and the location on the seafront, excellent is a little bit out of the way and you really do need a Hire car to get around
