Please be informed that the hotel provides a scheduled shuttle service to Cha-am and Hua Hin for an additional charge. The times are as follows:

- From Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am Beach Resort & Spa: 10:30, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00 hrs.
- From Hua Hin: 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 17:30, 20:00 hrs.

Please note that the shuttle service is subject to availability and a 1-hour advanced booking is required.

Please note that pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed to stay in Superior Rooms, which is located on the 5th floor. The maximum number of pets allowed is 1 per room. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information.

Great especially breakfast!
Pros:

View from room over ocean, general ambience. Staff were efficient and polite. Walking distance to restaurants (& 711).

Cons:

No Beach access suitable for swimming.

Only one time for our family. It’s noting wow for us.
Pros:

Breakfast. Fitness room is ok but location on the same floor with breakfast is not nice.

Cons:

Cannot walk on the beach. Elevator is old and slow. The second day we have to ask water from room service and wait quite long until reach their service time.

Pros:

Property was good. Pool was awesome.

Cons:

Definitely need to look at the elevators. We stayed at L20. And the elevator is 8 Pax and it stopped at almost all floors. the Rain Shower doesn't work. Leaking at turn knob.

มาพักที่นี้ช่วงสงกรานต์สองครังติดแล้วลูกชอบมากมีพื้นที่วิ่งล่นทุกห้องวิวทะเล พื้นที่สนามหญ้ารวมลงไปถึงสระน้ำกวางมากๆๆ

ลิฟล์ตัวเล็กไปแต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับไม่ชอบแค่มันดูอึดอัดตอนคนเข้ามาหลายคนแค่นั้น

Fantastic fun for the whole family, you will want to return. Staff are fantastic. Great breakfast.
Pros:

Great family resort, caters well for children of different ages. We have been back many times as our children enjoy it. Also dog friendly.

Cons:

The only slight negative is the dog friendly rooms are looking tired and in need of an update but still clean with very comfortable beds so did not spoil our stay.
