Overall pleased, good value, close to down town mainstreet area
Pros:

Clean and quiet, good breakfast, nice pool area. Close to eating and shopping.

Cons:

Rude person in breakfast area, yelled at us about using certain spoon for eggs and sausage, when asked which one to use said “it’s right in front on you”

A very nice Hampton!
Pros:

This is a really nice Hampton. Very friendly staff, room was clean, pretty quiet place.
The pool area is beautiful. It has a spa, waterfalls, and lots and of seating. There is also an outdoor fireplace with a sofa. There is a gazebo with a long table, more seating, and a grill.
Breakfast is the usual stuff.
There is a Chilis and a Starbucks next to it. A little complicated to drive to, easy to walk to.
Would definitely stay here again.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Top notch customer service, especially Maggie

Cons:

The pillows are too soft / thin. We had to sleep with 2 of them to be comfortable

Excellent four night stay
Pros:

Just recently experienced a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Boerne. It wasn’t our first stay at the hotel which has become our hotel of choice whenever in town. As always, our suite was spacious, clean and modern as were all areas at the hotel. Although facing the I-10 , our room was quiet with no road noise. A big Thank You to Maggie on the check-in desk for the goodie bag and congratulatory message celebrating my wife’s birthday. Thank you Maggie.

It was an excellent day
Pros:

I enjoyed the hot tub is very nice relaxing it after the road trip I would enjoy the fire pit, but I think we had people from the outside that probably wasn’t staying in the hotel sitting right beside the fire pit

Cons:

There are some people that snuck in and hung around the fire pit and the hot tub that went from the hotel

Great breakfast and front desk staff.
Pros:

The breakfast cook Martina Martinez did a fabulous job. This was the best provided breakfast of any restaurant we have stayed with. Maggie at the front desk was personal and efficient!

Over paid and no compensation
Pros:

Booking.com charged us for King suite
We ended up in a queen regular room
Same rate no refund to us. The cheaper room was due to hotel maintenance issue
