Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne

We live in Boerne but book a room so my husband and I can come and enjoy the hot tub and pool and have a "home" away from loud kids at least every other month. If we have ever needed the staff they are great but if we don't want to see anyone that's doable too. Truly a little Hampton inn gem.

Clean and close to park and IH 10.

I stayed one night at Hampton Inn Boerne while on business there for the first time. It is one of the best serviced hotels that I have stayed in. When entering the hotel lobby, I was quickly greeted by Ashley at the front desk. She gave me full details about the layout of hotel and breakfast accommodations. She told me that my room had been upgraded based on my Hilton Honors level. My room was spotless and spacious! The housekeeper had attended to every detail. At the bathroom counter, there was even a mocha color makeup remover cotton towel. Wow! I have stayed in luxury hotels and never seen a special makeup remover towel.When I ready to go to dinner, Maggie, at the front desk gave me a list of restaurants and explained which one's that she recommended based on my food choices. Todd, the general manager, overhearing our conversation, came from his office and personally recommended a noted seafood restaurant. The next morning, I went to breakfast and was delighted to see how Martina had prepared delicious and creamy oatmeal. the dining area was spotless, well organized and welcoming. Martin had a wonderful customer service personality. I travel several times monthly on business and pleasure and rarely find this outstanding level of service and professionalism. I attribute my wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Boerne to the leadership of Todd. I highly recommend that if you are visiting the San Antonio area, you should stay here...

It was easy to reach and easy to get to our destinations.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our two teen sons. We were told upon check-in that l housekeeping service was every other day, no problem.
So the second day we got back mid-afternoon and were pleased to see the beds made and trash taken out. BUT when my son went to take a shower there were no towels except the floor mat and the black make-up towel. I ran down to the front desk to get a set of towels and she was very nice and brought them up for us.
With 4 people in the room, they also didn't leave an extra roll of toilet paper, so we had to call the front desk again when it ran out.
The pool and hot tub were awesome, especially the cool water features. There were just a few pool towels that were quickly gone.
After the pool the first one to shower in our room discovered the attached shower gel bottle in the shower had not been checked and was empty. It's like somebody got interrupted cleaning our room and never went back to finish.
The breakfast was good and fresh. Everything was kept stocked and good temps. I got a hot cup of coffee with liquid French Vanilla creamer from the lobby and it was delicious. Overall I have to give this place 3 stars because the housekeeping service for both our room and the pool just wasn't up to Hampton standards in my opinion.

The pool, the breakfast the bed

Angela, at the front desk was fabulous when we checked in on July 8. Upon checking in we learned that our telephone reservations were fraudulent. Angela helped us discover the fraud and helped verify with our credit card company. She also found a comparable room for us.

She was professional and empathetic. Angela was wonderful!

Everything was nice except the carpet

That it seemed well kept/clean on the outside, inside too as well as the rooms. The pool and out door setup was nice. The upgrade I got from a double bed to a king suite. The apps on your tv that allowed us to stream our shows or movies at night.

Didn’t get to stay due to memory problems nice hotel

This was a comfortable room in a good location for our travel plans. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
