Comfort Suites disappointed me on multiple levels.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels, breads, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, tea and coffee.

Cons:

There are four main complaints that we had:
1) ADA handicapped room was located at the very end of a LONG hallway (which was a struggle for my disabled husband) and should have been closest to the lobby.
2) The hot-tub and pool were not open, and was the only reason why we selected this hotel over others that were 30-minutes closer to our route.
3) The free wi-fi didn't work at first and the lobby staff couldn't fix it, gave me the number for their IT help desk - which took over 40 minutes in all to get me set up correctly.
4) The ADA shower was in need of a thorough scrubbing and the whole bathroom/room needs a renovation.

I had a bad night there. But great location.

Pros:

I like the staff they were kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air system worked well and bathroom was nice. I would stay again.

Cons:

The stay was great just listing things for the chance of improvement. The breakfast was pretty bad. I didn't need it to be much but it could be improved. Stale Danish, eggs like soup, sausage was over cooked so much that they were not chewable, yogurts were expired. could maybe put an orange or banana out. But there was cereal and some milk. Pool was closed for maintenance. But looked like it was fine. Staff said the owners just don't feel like dealing with it. Elevator was having some issues and the sodas for sale were all expired by a few months.

Great place to get a good nights rest!
Pros:

Great breakfast. Hot food and very clean breakfast area. Lots of choices to eat. The cook was very nice and very manner-able. She made us feel at home.

Cons:

We liked everything about this hotel. The water was complimentary and didn’t have to buy out the machine. We don’t have any complaints at the moment.
