Cons:

No dresser for clothes. Microwave ran continuously. No room mirror. Shower had more water thru spout than shower head.

Pros:

The lady who was working on July 11 & 12 the 3-11 shift was AMAZING - I called to verify prior to heading to the location to make sure everything was ready as I was traveling with family- they confirmed everything was good to go and the pool and hot tub was all working properly

Cons:

We arrived late on the 11th we head to our room- the tv was not working the volume was stuck on 100. I went to the front desk to ask for a new remote or batteries and the lady who was working 11p-7a was rude and told me well I don’t know how to fix it I guess you will have to not have the tv on (remind you I had a 5 yrs old and 9 yr old with me) I said well don’t you have extra remotes she said no I don’t and I don’t have batteries either. She said well I can move you to another room I said I don’t want to move to another room since my kids were already trying to go to sleep.
The next morning I went down stairs and was talking to the desk clerk and told her what happened and she said give me one minute and came out with 3 remotes and asked me which one does yours look like. So she gave me a remote and batteries and it worked.
The lady who worked the night shift definitely does not need to be in customer service at all she was rude.

We also found out that the hot tub was not working which was very disappointing since they confirmed everything was working properly. And the lady the very nice one from the 3-11 shift said she was so sorry it has been down for weeks
