I highly recommend the Novotel Airport hotel. The property is exceptionally nice, clean, and well-maintained. The restaurant serves high-quality food that is both delicious and safe.They also offer a fantastic complimentary airport shuttle service for guests. The shuttle driver was incredibly professional and accommodating.From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty. They were helpful, warm, and professional throughout my stay. I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Riyaz and his team; he personally ensured my luggage was safely delivered to my room, and the team went out of their way to help me weigh my bags before departure. Additionally, the staff at the main entrance were remarkably polite and attentive.I had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

My family and I planned a 2-day stay at Novotel Hyderabad Airport to celebrate my wife's birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary. While booking, I made an honest mistake – selected June instead of July.
I am not asking for a refund. All I wanted was a simple date change for a once-in-a-lifetime family occasion.
Since morning I have been calling the front desk multiple times. Every person I spoke to hid behind policy, showed zero empathy, and was frankly rude and unprofessional.
What made it worse – when I pushed further, the hotel told me only Accor Corporate can authorize the change. I called Accor Corporate and they said the hotel has not given approval. Two arms of the same brand, openly passing the buck to each other, while a Gold Member is left going in circles with no resolution.
Not a single person in this entire chain made any genuine attempt to help or take ownership.
As a Gold Member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, this is not the standard I expect. The Accor brand promises a certain level of guest experience. Today, both your property and your corporate team failed completely.
I have now escalated directly to the General Manager. I sincerely hope someone takes ownership – not just for my sake, but so no other guest celebrating a special occasion is treated this way.
