Room was comfortable

Cons:

Paid for a balcony delexue room for 2 nights.
First night they put me in a non balcony room. I realised the next day, and they said- booking.com gives false representation of room type.
Upon insisting they moved me to balcony room, but said they are doing me "a favour".
Staff was unavailable - no one answered the room phone calls or responded to my requests on time.
Food was very oily.

Great location and excellent service from entire staff
Pros:

Close to airport, free shuttle, friendly staff. We received a complimentary upgrade which included the use of the lounge. The staff at the lounge - while technically closed for the evening, allowed us to get a takeaway plate excellent service from the entire staff from arrival to departure.

Excellent stay and everything was just lerfect

Exceptional Service of Duty Manager Ms Sreejana She went out of her way to help us and accomodate our requests.
Also Concierge Staff Riyaz, excellent service and went all out to help us with our local cab ride we had requested.
