Convenient but basic.
Pros:

Ten minutes from the airport. Efficient transport to the airport even at 4am.

Cons:

I was allegedly upgraded but the room was extremely basic with the worst pillows I’ve encountered in the world. Staff made one error after another with no apology whatsoever. Made the mistake of ordering a western sandwich, which was inedible.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for an early morning flight.
Pros:

We were selected as the ‘guests of the day’ which was a very pleasant surprise (not common outside of India). Lavish was extremely helpful over WhatsApp and ensuring we were welcomed properly and stayed in contact regarding logistics. When we got to the room, we had a lovely surprise of canapés and they had heart-shaped balloons and a lovely message on the bed! It was so sweet and we enjoyed a couple of drinks and picky bits in the bar - a great and easy and hospitable end to our trip.

Cons:

The chicken we had in the lounge bar was unfortunately slightly raw or didn’t look completely finished - we didn’t consume this, but chose not to complain since the rest of the stay was so hospitable.

I am regular guest to this hotel .
Whenever I visit the restaurant I get a good attention with staff main Sudheer was friendly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He remembers our preference what we need .Entire staff was good Bhanu and Jatin.

Rooms ok, service and facilities poor
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 x 2 night stopovers en route to Asia. Rooms comfortable enough but facilities less so. No food or drink service around the pool at all on both stays (despite advertising same) and we weren‘t even allowed to buy a drink at the bar and take it outside. Had major difficulties sorting out private airport transfers in advance of stay; emails just went unanswered. Booked our second set of transfers with reception during our first stay, landed late at night to find no transfer booked!

This is a very business oriented hotel and doesn‘t seem to really cater for couples/holidaymakers.

We are Accor silver members so stay in a lot of Accor hotels; can safely say this was the worst so far.
