Over all our stay was superb and we would definitely stay here again when we visit Hyderabad.
Pros:

I loved the pool, the breakfast spread, the comfy beds, the ambience, the vicinity to the airport and the complimentary airport drop.

I even got a head spa done for myself and a haircut for my son. My son enjoyed the table tennis and the gaming zone.

Cons:

The masala dosa could have been better. It was little bit too oily. The filling could have been tastier.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

From the check in, room upgrade, food, hotel cab... everything was perfect.

Cons:

Our room AC wasnt cooling very well... the technician came and checked it and worked on the filter.... inspite of that the cooling wasnt enough, but we didnt complain further.... The reception manager was very receptive in acknowledging the problem at the time of check out and promised to look into the room AC cooling problem.
