Very well equipped kitchen

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed. The room has a smart TV but it can't connect to the internet of the hotel and they don't really try to fix it. I had to connect it to the internet of my phone and use my own data

Dormir só até às 9h00
Cons:

Reservamos um alojamento supostamente para descansar e dormir, com check-out até às 11h. Acontece que a partir das 9h00, 3 senhoras que deviam ser as responsáveis pela limpeza e pelo conforto dos hóspedes, tornam-se responsáveis por impedir que qualquer hóspede em qualquer quarto de todo o andar consiga dormir ou descansar. É colossal a absoluta falta de respeito e de profissionalismo. Passam cada segundo a conversar/berrar em modo café ou tasca, sobre as maiores banalidades da vida como se não existisse por trás de cada porta e/ou parede pessoas que pagaram para dormir e descansar. Para além da trágica falta de respeito pelos hóspedes, é também uma traição ao trabalho dos restantes colegas que ficam desta forma associados a um grupo de funcionários incompetentes que destroem o mérito de quem tenta fazer de alojamento um espaço de qualidade.

Pros:

This is a great apartment hotel. King-size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was good for making full meals. Staff were very helpful!

Cons:

Shower/Jaquzi was quite slippery needs bath mat. Needed dish soap for kitchen. Towel hook would be nice.
