A great stay!
Pros:

the accommodation is very nice, clean, and spacious. there are many open seating areas where you can relax and not feel crowded by other guests. the staff were excellent and very welcoming. I'd like to give a special mention to Joao at the bar and Angela at reception - both were so helpful and really added to our holiday. Well done.
I'd also like to praise the food served from the bar each day - it was excellent!...especially the Club Sandwich!

Cons:

there was anything that wasnt nice about our stay.

Overall the whole experience was excellent.
Pros:

Location and facilities were great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious and bright. Pool area is good size and plenty of sunbeds.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic but there was plenty of pastries and cereals. It was a standard hotel breakfast.

Pros:

Location and staff, the bar tenders were excellent

Cons:

The balcony was a disgrace, it was covered in bird poo and there was an old outdoor jacuzzi which had a cover that was all mouldy and dirty. This is something that needs looking at. I told reception on the Friday and was told there was no manger until Monday but no one ever addressed the issue.

Great rooms helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Just need a few more umbrellas at pool
Pros:

We loved the rooms very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was relaxed and food excellent. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Not enough umbrellas at pool for those who need the shade. I think there should an umbrella for every 2 sun beds as is the policy of most hotels.
