Overall it was very nice
Pros:

It was very clean and staff were very friendly location also

Cons:

My daughter had a baby it was very difficult to get up and down to pool
Also the pool table was very expensive it was 3 euro and a lot of kids use this it’s a bit expensive everday most places are a euro

Great location and reasonable price
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk to the really charming town of Alvor. Facilities were great considering the very reasonable price. We were a group of four in a two bedroom apartment, very spacious and comfortable

Tivemos um probleminha com o chuveiro que não estava esquentando, porém mudaram a gente de quarto prontamente e fomos muito bem atendidos.

Pros:

Everything was good except the beds, breakfast was so chill we really enjoyed it, and brought our coffee outside to the deck after eating. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

The beds need upgrading they are very uncomfortable.

O hotel foi bom!
Tivemos um probleminha quando chegamos, o chuveiro não esquentou e prontamente a moça da recepção nos atendeu e mudou de quarto.
Limpeza, cama, utensílios tudo muito bacana.
Tinha geladeira, máquina de lavar louça, cafeteira, fogão, tudo muito organizado.
Quarto grande e espaçoso!
O café da manhã estava uma delícia! Tinha todas as opções necessárias!

Pros:

Localização e pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Colchões desconfortáveis. Falta de cabides para as toalhas de banho e da regra da utilização de água quente. 3 adultos. É necessário tomar banho express.
