One of the worst Double Tree hotel we ever stayed in. we entered the room we found out that it was not prepared (bed undone, snacks rests on the desk). Front desk did not even apologize, nor gave us an upgrade, like you would expect in such cases.
Parking places are also limited.
Breakfast subpar.

After coming off the road from a long trip and exhausted, I was (thankfully) checked in early by a very friendly & courteous Semeatria at the front desk. Employees with a great attitude such as as hers should always be acknowledged by their employer.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Nicely appointed. Did not like having to access info via QR code. Staff was pleasant and very very helpful.

Pros:

Stayed a whole week. Used the bar and restaurant. Front staff bar staff and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. Drinks and food were great. Rare for a hotel. And since its been recently renovated, rooms and mattresses are pristine.

Excellent Location and Customer Service
Pros:

Excellent customer service, warm friendly staff and our room was clean and the mattress comfortable providing a good night rest. The dining experience was great, breakfast as well as dinner. We were given a warm chocolate chip cookie by the front staff. Although there was a conference being held there everyone has cared for with a smile and with respect. I highly recommend for cleanliness, customer service and comfort.
