A great stay, looking forward to booking again next year!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was better than expected - a really great, safe area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I was amazed how quiet the hotel was. Due to the quiet room & comfortable beds, we slept really well each night. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was really good. We will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Cons:

We had to take the stairs a few times due to complications with the elevators. And on the 3rd day of our stay, when our room was tidied for us, they only replenished us with 2 towels instead of 3. When we got in late that night, 1 of us did not have a clean towel. With there not being a phone in the room, we could not call down to the desk, so we made due without. However, the next day when we came in there were a few clean towels that were placed on the bed - so maybe they were running low at the time.

I wouldn't stay here voluntarily
Pros:

We were forced to stay here for a youth hockey tournament, or I would have walked away at check in.
I'm writing this review at 3AM on the second night of my stay. The highway noise, some weird bass sound, and an automated announcement that keeps cycling from the shopping center next door have kept me up for two nights in a row. Not that my sleep quality would be that good anyway- the mattress is horrible- sags badly and you roll to the middle of the bed. Pillows are better than the average hotel pillow, so they do have that going for them.
Everything at the hotel is clean on the surface, but the whole place is just...grungy, like they need to close down for a couple of days and clean and sanitize everything. Carpet is worn and furniture is outdated looking, but there is a smart TV in the room so we were able to watch netflix.
The heater in the room struggles to keep up (it was 58 degrees inside my room last night with the thermostat set at 75. Today it was warmer. )
One elevator is broken- a man I met said he had been staying here over a week and it hadn't worked since he got here. The other elevator makes terrible noises and seems to be badly in need of servicing.
Hotel staff are nice enough.

Pros:

We liked the location, not so much in the hussle bussle of the city but close to everything. Beds were comfy, clean. Not really any issues. We would stay again.

Cons:

Would have been nice if breakfast was included, we didn't end up having it because a buffet of $14.99 adds up with multiple people. But you could order a breakfast sandwich for like $6. Plenty of nearby places to get food

One night stay
Pros:

Very clean and staff was very nice. Clean an comfy. Was easy to get to. Only stayed 1 night.

Cons:

Doors would not open and had problem getting in. Someone had to walk up from inside to get auto doors to open. You need to give a free breakfast like most of the other hotels. $14.95 is to much.
