Pros:

Breakfast was standard.

Cons:

Our bottom sheet would not stay tucked in.
No refrigerator in the room.

Then they kicked me out and said I could no longer come there for no reason and I’ve never had no deposit never returned
Pros:

I love it. Honestly until the customer service was awful.

Cons:

I didn’t like that. I had a Hilton honors account with points racked up for years and I asked for my key one morning because I locked myself out and she was very rude and did not help me at all said that I couldn’t get back in my room unless I might leave but ID was in my room and I show it to her and she said she could not service me even though I’ve been staying there for a while.

Pros:

Clean and good location.

Cons:

Had to argue to get help turning on our tv and front desk was quite rude and wanted to move us in middle of night instead of bringing new tv.
Could have been handled better but I think there wasn’t enough staff.

The property was very nicely maintained and the location was perfect for doing things in Lodi.

Cons:

The garbage can by the front entrance was overflowing with trash. It was empty by the next morning but it left a negative impression when you first arrived.

Underwhelming and super dirty
Pros:

Centrally located. Close to a Starbucks easy access on and off the freeway.

Cons:

It was absolutely filthy. I walked in, and there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The couch had visible white stains on it. The blow dryer had hair still stuck to it hanging from the handle. When I checked in the front desk, person was on the phone so I just kind of stood there and smiled and then she responded with. I need your ID. It was a very strange interaction and then I said I’m sorry you didn’t greet me. I was just assuming you were on the phone.Super dirty very unfriendly staff. I would never stay there again.

Rest is very important when staying at a hotel
Cons:

We were trying to sleep on the 2 nd floor!
People above us on 3 rd floor sounds like elephants running ! We had to call the office! Same people did it again in the morning! We stayed 2 nights! 1st night wonderful 2 nd night! No sleep not good sleep anyway
