Cons:

Hotel had computer issue and forever 3hours and could not check us in at 6:00 i had to find a new hotel. What a hassle still waiting for a refund as we prepaid.

Pros:

The fact it was near other restaurants. This was a bad experience 😕 with this room. The first room wasn't clean hair all over the bed. So they moved my husband and I to a different room, which was okay!

Cons:

The first room was nasty hair all over the bed and floor. And one of their works stole my things. I called to speak with the manager on Monday, and there is no return call yet from my voicemail I left. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Wasn't worth my money three hundred dollars. For two nights !!

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

I was given an ADD room that was very large with a separate sitting/work area. Very large bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was quiet, as requested. Two TVs in the room. Ample handicap parking in the well-lit parking area. Check-in was a breeze with very pleasant front desk clerk. I also received a nice warm walnut chocolate chip cookie at check-in. I had one of the best night's sleep in quite a while.

Cons:

There was not anything to dislike about the Double Tree. Excellent from check in to check out.

Very nice
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Including the individuals that made our food and served us.

Cons:

We did not use the pool, but did sit in the area by the pool. The floor of this area was not clean.

Clean, Comfortable, but a few hiccups!
Pros:

The location was very convenient, A/C worked excellent, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to be everyday starting at 6am, but no breakfast was served on any of the 3 day. The housekeeper cam one dat and we were still sleeping. We asked the front desk to please have housekeeping come back and they never returned. Only one of the two elevators worked for 2 of 3 days.
