Pros:

Excellent amenities, such as hot tub, magnesium pool, swimming pool, sauna, gym etc. Quiet area - one block from Coles, beach, playground, bars & restaurants. At first glance, property looked clean inside, however at closer look behind the bed and the courtains there was a lot of dust and dirt. Bed was comfortable.
It was spacious for a family of 4. Nice view from the balcony. I would come back again.

Overall the unit was good, the only reasons for the 3 star was because of the small bathroom and the shower leaked water through the bathroom when in use. We also did not receive enough sugar for coffees each morning of our stay.
Liked that it was close to local restaurant's and the beach. The rest of the room was great

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong damp smell, poorly masked by an overpowering vanilla scent. The fridge froze my food and the thermostat knob broke off. The shower was grimy, the mattress uncomfortable (I slept on the couch the second night), and several items were rusty. The top sheet had a hole, both clocks didn’t work, and there was no face washer provided. For the price paid, I expected better. I ended up leaving early and booking elsewhere.

Easy apartment option near the beach. I was there for work and it had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Lockbox key pick up after 4pm worked easily enough and checkout was also via the lockbox.
The room had been left open to air which was good but given the cool evening it was then hard to warm up. Luckily there were blankets on the bunk beds as there is limited warm bedding on the master bed.
All up an easy location near plenty of dining options and a very easy walk to the beach.

Pros:

Reception was very nice, and so was the room , the complex was noisy and it travelled, the bed was the worst I’ve slept on , i even tried the lounge it was hard as a rock , and the thermostat was broken on the fridge as it froze everything… would i stay again .. no .. i would want to stay anywhere that has a good bed .. seriously it was that bad

Check in was great. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was older than I expected.
The bedroom was by the walkway with noise travelling. You could hear people talking clearly and doors opening and closing. The bedroom had cheap thin bedding and towels, older furniture as well.
The bathroom was tiny, looked run down and needs a deep clean. Only cheap 1 ply toilet paper, no tissues, the hot water ran out in the evening & morning within a few minutes, and no fan for the bathroom which left everything steamy.

The kitchen sink tap leaked and the couch was saggy.

All the walls throughout the apartment had marks and scratches.

Over all it was disappointing considering the price of the property for over $200 a night.

The roof top area was spacious with a spa but the view was nothing to rave about.


It’s close to ammenities and has your basics if you want somewhere convenient to stay and with free parking.

Enjoyed our trip as a family of 4. Kids loved the bunk bed configuration and plenty of room for everyone. Resort is 1 block from the beach in a great location. Will be back again.
