Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Betten sind bequem. Die Zimmer sind sauber.
Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Innenstadt, Markthalle, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה, במרחק הליכה מכל מקום. קרוב ל hales market. יש תחנת אוטובוס בסמוך. הצוות מקסים וארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומגוונת. יש עמדה להכנת שתיה חמה ליד הקבלה.
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of everything. It's close to the Hales Market. There's a bus station nearby. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is rich and varied. There's a hot beverage station near the reception

Cons:

המעלית לא עבדה והיה קשה להגרר עם המזוודות במדרגות. החימום בחדר היה מעט חלש.
The elevator wasn't working and it was difficult to drag the suitcases up the stairs. The heating in the room was a bit weak.

Het was maar 7,5 minuten lopen vanaf het station, heel handig! Ook dichtbij de binnenstad, echt ideaal gelegen. De ontvangst bij receptie was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De kamer was nogal klein, dat ging net. Het ontbijt was wat beperkt.
