Good location and place for families.
Pros:

Facilities and location with great views

Cons:

One staff member in particular Mr barman Luigi… not at all impressed about his customer service, rather rude and arrogant attitude towards customers… he refused to serve a glass of water at the bar saying to go back to the rooms if wanted to drink tap water.
Spa hours very limited and not open in the mornings disappointed about this as not been able to use it as looked great place to relax.

Basen czysty, dużo leżaków i parasoli. Pyszna kawa i śniadanie ogólnie też jest ok. Ogólnie czysto i schludnie, pokój standardowo sprzątany codziennie. Ogród przepiękny a widok z hotelu zapiera dech w piersiach.

Perfect rest in beautiful resort!
Pros:

Extremely pleasant resort, the staff is beyond words - mega kind and helpful, well informed and ready to meet every wish and need, the room is spacious, clean, comfortable, the breakfast rich and miscelaneous... The pool is clean and big enough for swimming or just chilling, the hotel towels are huge and soft, the pool bar is also wonderful. The staff there is kind, fast and helpful, they also have a huge tv screen so we could watch football games at the World Cup in USA, Canada and Mexico. The city center is just a few minutes drive, there is a parking available by the lake side. The walk along the lake side is great, there are a lot of restaurants, coffe shops, souvenire selling shops, interesting crafts and handmade products.. We loved every second of our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Posizione, panorama, cibo e atmosfera. Tutto bello!
Pros:

Posizione ottima, struttura immersa nel verde con un panorama favoloso. Ben organizzate le strutture per praticare sport. Cibo buono e con portate abbondanti

Cons:

L’accoglienza non è ottimale solo perché essendo una struttura molto grande e con stabili staccati dal corpo centrale del resort, trovare la nostra stanza non è stato facilissimo. Magari qualcuno che ti accompagni alla camera sarebbe meglio. Ma questo non toglie nulla al nostro soggiorno che è stato fantastico.

Anlegget bærer preg av elde og slitasje ut over det som fremkommer på bildene. Frokosten var dårlig.
