Lovely hotel with stunning views
Pros:

The hotel is in a great place. Even though it is a bit of a way from Garda, there is a regular shuttle bus. This gets really busy though and the hotel should consider a bigger bus. Our room was nice, but it could do with a bit of upgrade which we saw it’s on its way next year. Everything was really clean, we had a beautiful terrace with stunning view. The pool is also great and we appreciate the little buggy cars as the resort is really hilly and our apartment was quite far from the reception. The restaurant was also really good, staff mostly friendly however few members of staff didn’t seem particularly helpful. The restaurant manager was amazing, always smiling and so good with our little one. Food was also good, however they do need to introduce labels as it was hard to tell what is what and not great for someone with special diet. The kids menu was pretty much the same every day. But everything was tasty. We didn’t get to use the spa as families are only
allowed in for an hour a day. As this is a family hotel I would expect another slot to allow people with kids to enjoy the spa. There is also a great gym and kids playground. Overall, good hotel, very clean and amazing views

Cons:

It needs an upgrade but that is on the way. The reception was always ridiculously busy so it took a while to even ask a question and you could see how tiring it was for the staff so I would review perhaps a separate desk for certain queries. The restaurant needs to have e labels to ensure guests know what we eat and maybe introduce special diet menu.

guter Blick zum See, der Shuttle zu See. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Pool Spitzenmässig, riesengross

Cons:

Die Badewanne ist für ältere Menschen zu gefährlich, keine Haltegriffe, zu hoher Einstieg,zum Duschen zu schmal. Wenn man später Abends zum Hotel zurück muss bleibt nur das Taxi.

Amazing hotel with lots of activities!
Pros:

It has so many different activities. Breakfast was very good and complete. It looks really nice.

Cons:

Shuttle bus is every 30min, but the last ride only at 7.15pm. For travellers wanting to be in Garda much longer, then you need to take a Taxi (20EUR for 5min!). We missed it as we thought it come at 7.30pm...so to avoid any confusions it would be good to keep the same interval of 30min!
