Awful. Filthy. Most certainly NOT family friendly or 4 star.
Childrens pool covered in black mould - a health alert ⚠️ should be put on this.
First apartment was 'crawling' and second one was only marginally better. The shower was disgusting and the furnishings were basic, to say the least. What I might expect in a prison cell.
To anyone considering booking this hotel - my advice is don't.

The resort was clean in common areas, the room had a large terraces and modern bathrooms.
While the resort is inexpensive compared to others in the area, this affordability comes at a cost upon arrival. Guests are charged for nearly everything, including small bottles of water and soft drinks in the room priced at £3.50, whereas the same items are available at the pool bar for £1.
As an active couple, we found the range of sports and activities to be lacking compared to what was advertised on the website. Moreover, all facilities (except for the gym, which operates during limited hours) incur additional charges. Spa treatments were priced comparably to those in London, with examples including £45 for paddle and £10 per racket per player, and treatments costing £90 for 30 minutes.
The breakfast selection was poor, with very low-quality food that was inedible. Consequently, we chose to dine out every evening, finding better options such as pizzas or pasta dishes for £10 and pints for £3.50 at local restaurants.
Although rooms were "cleaned" daily, we had to pay extra to have our bedsheets and towels changed. After a few nights, it was unacceptable that this service wasn't included.
Lastly, the resort's remote location posed challenges. It took us three hours to travel from Verona. While a shuttle service is offered, it operates only one vehicle accommodating eight people, leading to wait times exceeding 40 minutes on some occasions.

Beak możliwości korzystania z basenu wewnętrznego przez dzieci. Jest wyznaczona tylko godzina dziennie co uważam, ze jest dyskryminacja dzieci. Tym bardziej ze Hotel sie określa jako przyjazny dzieciom. Pokoje mogłyby byc czystsze. Mieliśmy pokój z pajeczynami na scianach
Nettes Resort aber aus den 70ern und ist auch noch gleich wie damals
Alt , abgewohnt und wird nicht immer gereinigt und das Personal bedient dich nicht
Leider hatten wir über die gesamte Zeit starken Armeisenbefall in unserem Zimmer. Das Hotelpersonal war zwar da, um das Problem an dem jeweiligen Tag zu lösen,aber die Armeisen kamen dann einfach an anderen Stellen im Zimmer aus den Wänden wieder heraus.
Ein Alternativzimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten.
Das finde ich absolut beschämend für den Preis der aufgerufen wurde, zumal wir als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort waren! Absolut beschämend für solch ein Hotel.
Ebenfalls unprofessionell finde ich, dass weder das Hotel, noch Booking.com (über die wir gebucht haben) bereit sind, meine Beschwerde zu bearbeiten bzw. uns in unseren Anliegen zu helfen.
Wir sind enttäuscht und werden nicht mehr über booking.com buchen.
