Pros:

Staff was courteous, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. There was a small problem with my room and they gave me another one right away. What a great staff!

I would stay again at the hotel again.
Pros:

Spacious and roomy. Breakfast was good!

Cons:

The carpet needed to be cleaned better. We found dog hair by the chair in the corner of the room near the heater.
Mattress was soft. Could have been firmer.

Extremely comfortable and convenient. Paid extra for a king suite and it was worth it

I couldn't get a proper invoice? The hotel said it had to come from the online booking agent and the booking agent said it had to come from the hotel!
