Everything was great
Our heater in our room kept us awake alot in the night ...as there was something wrong with it
Le personnel et la situation géographique. La piscine et le confort !
Petit déjeuner s'arrête à 9h. Trop tot quand on est avec des enfants. Laisser au moins jusque 10h. Pas de douches à la piscine, les gens plongent directement dans l'eau sans laver le corps et les pieds. Pas folichon niveau hygiène. Petit déjeuner tres basique et pas qualitatif. Pas de congélateur dans le frigo. Pas de bouteille d'eau fournie.

We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel for its spacious clean suites, comfortable beds, pet friendly rooms, proximity to the city, and the pool. What made this visit exceptional was the attention to accessibility needs with the offer to deliver a shower chair to our room, something I did not know was an option before.. A game changer that turned showering from a painful chore to a pleasure.

The staff was amazing. I got a call before we went for our stay from a staff member who noticed we had a toddler and we were scheduled in a room without a tub. She called me to specifically ask if I would prefer the tub instead. Above and beyond ❤️👏🏻

No exhaust fan in washrooms. When you take shower, It create so much steam in washroom.
