Estuvo bien la cama, los baños también. El desayuno igual.

El momento del checking, no se nos avisó de un cobro por la mascota, mismo que fue recargado en la madrugada. No creo que esta situación deba pasar, si hay algún cobro, deben decírtelo al momento del checking o al check Out, no sin avisarte. Finalmente, nuestra mascota era de servicio, así que no tenía que pagar nada, y por solicitud nuestra se hizo la devolución. Repito, cualquier cobro debería ser avisado, y esto no me pareció correcto. Carlos, que también estuvo en la recepción, se portó muy amable e indicó que eso no debía suceder.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the facilities met our needs perfectly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Overall, we had a great experience. The only minor issues were that complimentary slippers/flip-flops were not provided in the room, and the wait during check-in was a little longer than expected. That said, the front desk staff remained polite and courteous throughout the process.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected and much more. The breakfast time was ending when we arrived but the two kind ladies let us in and helped us choose our food and coffee. We will return.

The room wasn’t super clean. We also had to request room service on our 3rd day. We were a family of 5, staying 4 nights, and after a few days we needed more towels (towels don’t really dry in the room), toilet paper etc but no one was cleaning the room.

Over all the stay was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but could have had a bit more variety.

Cons:

The boiled eggs did not even taste like real eggs. Some bacon would have been a great addition.
