The hotel was ideally located within easy reach of the town and had parking. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. We would stay here again.
Nothing couldn't fault it.
Comfortable accommodation which met our needs.
Clean. Bonus of having parking. Easy walk into Quays. Nice breakfast. Plenty hot water. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
Proximity to the city centre is perfect, lovely people, relaxed with everything you could want for a stay.
Room was more than I expected, breakfast was amazing, hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a perfect place
Absolutely nothing, can't fault a thing
room, breakfast
They had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Kettle, fridge and microwave in the room as well as a separate communal kitchen.
It took us a while to find the car park. Some prior directions would have been useful. But when we did find it , there were plenty of spaces.
Lovely comfy bed, friendly staff, good location to go to Kingsholm for rugby. Nice reasonably priced breakfast.
To be honest i felt like I was in Bates Motel.
Very creepy and severe lack of staff.
Everything
Breakfast
Good location for accessing city without needing to move the car.
Excellent value for money! As someone traveling regularly for work, having a fridge and microwave in the room was brilliant.
Its 2 star so no frills but had everything you could need.
Location, comfort and staff perfect
A choice of toast OR croissant for brekky.
Well positioned for me from train station and Heritage Hub. Easy walk. Nice hotel, some stairs but easy to navigate. Excellent staff, enjoyed conversing with them.
Complimentary morning coffee would have been nice from the front desk or kitchen.
I booked for 3 nights but left after 1. Owner wasn't surprised. If you read it has a quirky atmosphere, this is an understatement. The hotel's got really bad energy. More like the Bate's MoteI, I'd say. I would most definitely Unpleasant not recommend it for a solo female traveller.
