In response to feedback from guests the hotel has decided to protect privacy and stop offering automatic daily servicing of rooms. If guests staying for more than two nights want housekeeping it can be arranged upon request. For all guests a basket of fresh supplies will be placed outside room doors after the first night and replenished daily as required.

Pros:

Only missing thing could be a lift, in case you have heavy luggage and are in top floor

Just what I expected, good location and price.
Pros:

Breakfast was early and I had not booked an early breakfast, but I only have a continental (or small) breakfast and not cooked, I was served and on my way up north, homeward bound.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel . Stayed 2 nights Friday/Saturday for Chepstow races .Not too far out of the city . We got a short bus ride in and out . Clean room ,very comfy bed .Nice friendly owners . Full English breakfast was lovely ,so was breakfast room Everything needed, if wasnt there only had to ask . Key to come and go as please. Pub onthe doorstep. Excellent little find .

Excellent service. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Extremely accommodating. I felt at home and safe.

Cons:

Small car park with limited spaces, however it was great to have a car park to use as many places did not offer one at all. It felt safe.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel and it is in a good location for an easy walk to the city centre.
Pros:

Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette available for guests is a great idea; we used it a few times. Our host, Karen, was very friendly and helpful.

We had no issues.
