This place just left a lot to be desired

The front desk is right inside the front door so if there’s more than one person checking in, there is no place to stand

The night I checked in the elevator area reeked of marijuana

Then I get to my room and pull back the comforter and the sheets are filthy. There was a lipstick stain, some other brown stain, and a very long hair. I went downstairs and was given another room. I wasn’t even given an apology for the disgusting room. The new room appeared clean, but once that has happened, I just worry that nothing’s really clean because housekeeping is clearly not doing their job.

The room layout is weird. There’s a sink area and then a half wall behind which is the shower and toilet. There’s a small light over the shower and that’s it so the toilet is in the dark.

I went down to the bar for dinner because it was late when I got in. The menu only has a few things on it. And the menu is a wrinkled piece of copy paper. Food is on a paper plate and even the drinks are in plastic cups.

Breakfast is fine. It’s just a few things made to order and then they have a little area where you can buy snacks.

They do an airport shuttle. The driver was very nice.

Given the amount of hotels in the area, Next time I would stay somewhere else.

I was charge 50 on card when they said there holding it for incidentals.. said come in couple days then in a couple days I was charged an 15.. there NO incidental

The set up of the room was great. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a sufficient amount of table space and walking room around the bed.

Not a Marriott quality Hotel

This was my first and last time at this hotel, it did not need my expectations. Parking was either $20 or $40. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries was told they were out of fries and gave me some crumbled potato chips. The cheeseburger was no better than something you would buy at a gas station. It was horrible. And, for $16 I was shocked they would even serve this garbage. The hotel must pump in some type of scent and it smelled awful. It was so strong it was burning my nose and throat. The room was so small. It was a king bed and not much else. A small desk and bathroom and that's it. The shower was small and the smoked glass wall faced out into the bedroom so you could see the person in the shower. I was like, are you kidding me right now! The room was so small and that perfume smell was so concentrated I was gagging. My room faced the highway so you can imagine how noisy it was. I couldn't open the shades to the windows because there was two extremely bright lights on the building facing my room. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. This is definitely not a place I woulalmecommend to anyone.

Close to ORD, great shuttle service

The property was featured but I will never book through booking.com again! They offer a price match and do t honor it. This same place was available on other websites cheaper including Marriott. I will never book through them again! Go through somebody else!!

Convenient walkable entertainment and food.

The quiet and comfort of the stay and the water pressure from the shower worked wonders for my tensed muscles

Everything about this stay was incredible! The staff was friendly, the hotel airport shuttle was prompt and swift, the rooms were clean, and the facilities was amazing! Thanks for such a great time!

Good hotel for overnight stay while waiting for your flight at Ohare . Ok hotel but nothing great . Rooms are clean and a tad tired. Staff were helpful but need to smile :). Breakfast is all processed food mainly except for some fruit .
