The hotel offers free airport shuttle services from 7:00 to 23:00. The shuttle leaves the hotel every half hour at the top and bottom of the hour. Guests traveling domestically must meet the hotel shuttle at Shuttle Bus Center Door 3.

The reserved two rooms and paid for breakfast to be included , 2 adults in each room plus two children but only received a 2 $25 voucher for each room . that is as $50 for both rooms for the whole weekend. I ended up spending additional money on breakfast because for $25 for two adults and children it was not even close to half of the total with how the prices were set. The staff was also rude whenever asked a question . also on saturday night , the room next to us was playing loud music until 5am. when I mentioned this to the front desk , they claimed no one else mentioned anything and brushed me off . despite the location being great, the stay was not worth it and will definitely not book here again.
I liked how close it was to the rosemont theater, it was a very walkable area to many places surrounded. Never stayed here but I would definitely recommend if you are going to be at a concert in the rosemont theater.
How many times I had to walk over to the parking area and take many steps like go to the elevators for 2 separate places. Very few amenities, very small space to be in. The bathroom is a really weird thing where the toilet isn’t within its own. It’s in the shower so that really broke it to me. Water pressure is very low.
My room smell like a sewer. The bathroom was filthy when I got there it was nasty I liked nothing about the property.
The room and furnishings were comfortable. It took us several tries to work the light switches but were satisfied with how we could use the lighting as needed during our stay. The hotel location was convenient to get to and travel in the area.
The room did appear to be clean but discovered hair from a previous customer in the edge of the bathroom floor.
Really nice area, a lot to do around the hotel, definitely for couples, nice and romantic, loved my whole experience. Would go back again

I enjoyed leaving.
Customer service wasn’t great. I told them the toilet was dirty and the house keeping manager became defensive despite me showing her a picture of the bathroom being dirty prior to me arriving and no one came to apologize nor fix the situation. I had to wait a whole day until they finally addressed the issue. I spoke to Libby the girl at front desk and she told me she would have someone come clean the room over an hour passed I ended up missing dinner because the bathroom wasn’t clean for me to use the bathroom nor take a shower. When I called her to get an update she apparently forgot. She also was extremely rude to my friend and began waving her hand in my friend face when we asked for the room to be cleaned.

The intelligence reflected in designers/architects whi had the foresight not to put vents for AC above the heads of sleeping guests! The proximity of a great restaurant next door. The proximity of a parking garage connected to the hotel by a sky bridge. 12:00 p.m.check out!
