Check in was easy. Room was ok. But ZERO PARKING even though you are a paying customer. Parking is all used up for WAYMO cars and apparently they give two parking per room. Yet they can’t accommodate for paying customers. RIDICULOUS!! Had to walk about a block in the dark after a tiring day. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Walked to Cracker Barrel. A/C cold. We have stayed here every time we flew out of SAT .Used to have airport rides even before 4:00am but no more. We’ll stay at nearby hotel that offers 24 hour shuttles.
Excellent staff, room were overall clean. But I think the property is little old so I did see some wear. But not terrible. Breakfast were nice and simple. No complain. Overall great hotel!
The location was fine and it was quiet, which is sometimes unusual for a 1st floor room. The bed was also comfortable.
The room had an extremely bad smell. It had a stale, old cigarette smell, and the chair, carpet, and bathroom needed to be updated/replaced. The small kitchenette also needed to be updated.
The checking in was very welcoming
& fast. Breakfast was delicious, pool was warm & clean. Everything was good & clean. Unfortunately the microwave didn't work correctly & the iron was not usable. I did ask for some working items but was only given the iron. The microwave never arrived. But the customer service was great!

Went to San Antonio for a medical visit and chose this property for my lodging. Clean and great customer service. I would like to recognize their assistant GM Lavell Drayton for making my stay a great one. I would stay here again when traveling to San Antonio.
