We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, staff were really bubbly and lovely, also very accommodating too. We had 3 nights here as we are moving around a lot but definitely wish we had longer.
Cleanliness in the hotel was unmatched so any hotel I’ve been to yet. Only issue is the mosquitoes but that’s not a hotel issue, just unfortunate really, I recommend taking a really good bug spray as we are covered in bites.
Food was lovely and cocktails were even nicer. We were handed a present (scarf) and the end of our stay to which the manager came up to our room to ensure we had a great stay and to pass us our scarves.
All in all I would leave a 10/10 review.
Very mixed reviews regarding this hotel.
Positives: Hotel immaculately clean, staff fantastic, friendly, polite and courteous. Location for the evening's out is brilliant...10 minute stroll to pub street with some amazing restaurants.
Negatives: Breakfast was terrible (probably the worse we have ever had on our trips around the world).
Avoid the coffee, which was like black stew!
For a hotel of this standard you would expect far better quality and a good choice of breakfast.
Our bedroom was dated and looked tired. Furniture was chipped and storage was minimal.
Pool area was stunning and sunbeds were never crowded, however if (like ourselves) after a full day trip you like to sit in the sun for a couple of hours and relax, this is not possible, as most of the pool area is on shade by 3.30pm.
Drinks around the pool we found over priced.
In our opinion, we would choose an alternative to this hotel.
When I first stepped into the hotel, I was HONESTLY not that impressed because of the traditional Khmer furniture BUT when I began to read about the historical significance of each statute, I immediately was in awe by the beauty of the Khmer culture! The staff at the registration desk,both day and night time staff were extremely helpful and I want to say a special thank you to the manager whom when I voiced my thoughts on the dark lighting in the bathroom and the faucet not working properly had both fixed promptly on my return a few hours later!( Room 125) The pool staff were attentive and the one young man there by the pool bar made sure the pool sun umbrella was properly placed anytime the sun was too strong on me! Thank you kindly! Can I say how delicious the breakfast buffet catering to both ASIAN and WESTERN taste! The location of the hotel was close to all amenities and only a 5 minute walk to the famous Pub Street at night time where you can get food /snacks at a great price! I think the individualized attention given is the real gem here!
A good variety of breakfast options, fabulous sparkling clean pool, large clean rooms. Walking distance to pub street and restaurants.
Beds were a bit hard but they added a topper which helped. Spa massage although discounted wasnt as good as massages received down the street. We increased fridge temp which froze a bottle of water. On check out had to buy the water as they felt the water would be tainted by freezing!!
Very nice hotel with kind, wonderful staff. WiFi is strong and fast. Breakfast good. Very nice pool. 10 minute walk to Pub Street.
Minor maintenance issues in our room, particularly with shower and bathroom faucets. We dealt with these issues since they did not impact our stay. $1 charge for bucket of ice

I stayed here for 2 weeks in December /January.. this was my second time here and it did not disappoint.
Firstly location.. 5 min walk into town..
This hotel was clean and very reasonably priced..
I always believe that the staff make a place and this is definitely the case..
Sean was amazing.. he always was so helpful when we were setting up our spot by the amazing pool. His service was just impeccable 👌 thankyou
Sinoun, Sreymom, Kimsinh, Sitha and all the front staff made my day.. always so friendly and helpful.. they were all so happy and this makes a holiday.. I cannot thank them more as I spent half the trip on my own and they just made it so special. Thankyou beautiful people x

I did experience a massage and apologies as I cannot remember the name of the lady but it was amazing.. this hotel has great specials for there massages.
