We had a great time in Catania and at the Manganelli palace.
Pros:

Aside the great location, large quiet room, comfortable bathroom and good value was the quality of the staff. Everyone was really nice and made us feel genuinely at home. We were particularly grateful to Massimo who helped us get reservations at two great restaurants in the area at short notice and was generally very helpful to us. If we find ourselves in Catania again we will stay here.

Pros:

Sijainti, siisteys, henkilökunta, Hissi kerrosten välillä. Sisäpihan huoneesta viehättävä näkymä valoisaan pikku puistikkoon.

Cons:

Hotellin sisällä muutamia portaita, joista ei ollut hotellin tiedoissa mainintaa. Henkilökunta kuitenkin auttoi laukkujen kantamisessa.

Top Lage, Hauseigene Parkplätze, jedoch schlechte Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Gleich um die Ecke beginnt die Walking street. Hauseigene Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung um 14€ mit Vorreservierung.
Das Personal war extrem freundlich, deswegen fällt es mir schwer eine schlechte Rezension abzugeben.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers entspricht nicht einem gepflegten Standard. Beim Betreten des Raumes war ein deutlich feuchter, modriger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Die Matratzen fühlten sich ebenfalls feucht an. Zudem befanden sich im Bett noch Haare, was auf eine unzureichende Reinigung schließen lässt.

Das Badezimmer machte ebenfalls keinen sauberen Eindruck. An der Decke im Badezimmer waren Schimmelspuren sichtbar, die teilweise bereits abgebröckelt waren. Im Bereich der Dusche lagen heruntergefallene Schimmelreste auf dem Boden. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig und nicht ausreichend gereinigt.

Auch die Einrichtung im Zimmer wirkt insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise stark abgenutzt. Die Umgebung rund um das Hotel erscheint teilweise heruntergekommen.

Pros:

La struttura è in posizione molto centrale, comodissima per il centro. Si trova in un palazzo storico, e le camere sono molto curate e in carattere con il palazzo, pur essendo nuove. Buona colazione, con possibilità di usufruirne in una piacevolissima terrazza. Tutti i membri dello staff che abbiamo incontrati sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali.

Cons:

La possibilità di usare i posti auto privati è limitata a quattro ospiti. In caso si voglia usufruirne bisogna prenotare per tempo.

Bardzo przyjazny, pomocny personel, świetne położenie hotelu. Śniadanie można zjeść na tarasie, na dachu budynku. Hotel jest w starej kamienicy, ale hest czysty i zadbany.

Would highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The 24 hour staff was wonderful; helpful, cheerful, professional. The property accommodated several special requests. The rooms are huge, the location perfect. The breakfast was exceptional-spinach tart, ham and cheese croissants, a variety of baked goods, and fresh squeezed juice and perfect coffee. It is a very elegant hotel from yesterday that is grand and well kept.

Da atenção dos funcionários. Todos muito atenciosos e educados. Sempre prontos para ajudar. Outra coisa boa é realmente a localização muito perto dos pontos principais da cidade e tem a facilidade de ter estacionamento interno.

Cons:

O barulho que alguns hóspedes fazem quando chegam a noite ou saem cedo.
