Great place for a quick/short exploration of the city
Pros:

Hotel: In the city center, on the fourth floor, a medieval palace. The service was great, pleasant, communicative (and I really don't like unnecessary chatter and yet it didn't bother me, on the contrary I enjoyed it) and absolutely charming...
Room: The room (Superior) was very spacious, fresco on the ceiling, air conditioning/heating worked perfectly. The bathroom (shower) was small, outdated, nothing special, but perfectly adequate for one night.
Breakfast: Breakfast was Italian style, a bit of a mess, great service, beautiful terrace. Don't expect a choice of 50 types of dishes, but those who normally eat breakfast will definitely choose + they have great coffee.
Location: Nothing to worry about, right in the center, a minute walk from Via Etna and 5 minutes from the cathedral.

Cons:

Some parts of the rooms (bathroom) would deserve renovation.

Pros:

Location and staff excellent. Lovely breakfast. Stephanie the breakfast manager was outstanding.

Cons:

Our room was cold and we needed to turn on the heating. Something inside the unit was burning and black particles discharged into our room.

Hétvégi kiruccanás
Pros:

Csodálatos szobák régi freskókkal. A tetőteraszról gyönyörű kilátás az Etnára. A reggeli teljesen rendben volt, finom a kávé. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves volt. Rövid sétára volt a főutca és a nagyobb látnivalók. Vonat pályaudvar kb 15 perc séta.

Cons:

A szálloda bejárata elég lehangoló, biztos nagyobb figyelmet fordítanék rá. Szobaszéf nem működött.
