Great location and wide choice at the breakfast buffet. Amazing and competent staff, which handled difficult situation very well. The premium suite is amazing with beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. The windows do face the main street so it can be a bit loud though.

Room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden area, large room, plenty of space and clean.
Nice roof top sitting area, good sun trap for breakfast or afternoon relaxation just of the restaurant where breakfast is served. Important, this hotel does have a lift as reception is on the 4th floor. All the Staff very helpful and friendly, would definitely go back.

Добротный отель, расположенный в старинном палаццо. Вместо номера мне досталась целая квартира на двух уровнях, для меня одной было слишком много. В номере было много ступенек, главное, ночью было не оступиться.
Хорошие завтраки, очень внимательная и уважительная девушка ими заведует!

Sehr nette Begrüßung, gute Tipps für Sightseeing/Restaurants (Manuela), reichhaltiges Frühstück mit mega Betreuung (Estefania) und freundliches Personal am Empfang (u.a. Massimo). Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful accommodation in center of Catania near many restaurants, shops, and points of interest.
The room was very specious and beautifully furnished, the breakfast was delicious , and the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating.

The location was great and the room was nice. The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space.

This is a surprising good discovery .We came with our car and found the place thanks to GPS .The location is perfect to visit the city and also to drive in and out . The car parking is safe ans easy to access from your room ,which is rare in center of old cities . There is a wonderful patio on the top of the building where you have a sensational view and can relax .the rooms are charming , large and well equiped . The shower is well built and you don t inondate the place when you use it The price is reasonable . The staff is very friendly and helpful .We reserved for one night and finally stayed 4 nites . Its a different experience . Breakfast is included and there is plenty , a large choice .Its like having your own home in the city .We love this place . A place where we would come back .

The hotel is located in an area just off the main streets of the historical centre, which makes it easy to get around. The room looked great and was very spacious and had plenty of storage space. There was lots of choice for breakfast, water infused with lemon or cucumber. You did have to nominate a time for breakfast as the breakfast room is quite small and doesn't cater for a lot of people at one time. In a season other than winter this wouldn't be a problem as there is a rooftop terrace set up for breakfast and other times throughout the day.
