Absolut gelungener erster Aufenthalt im
Pros:

Toller Empfang mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal beim Einchecken - Espresso aus der Siebträger als Welcome Drink. Perfekter Start. Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie absolut sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Fitnessbereich zwar sehr klein aber sauber, hell und mit Blick sowie für die Größe gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen!
Da auch sehr sympathisches Personal. Hotel hat mich überzeugt!

ACHTUNG: GEWALTVORFALL mitarbeiter Security Bar Roomers Hotel- Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit einem ernsten Gewaltvorfall. Meine Cousine und ich waren bereits Gäste in der Hotelbar. Nachdem wir später auf dem Zimmer waren, bemerkte meine Cousine, dass sie ihr Handy in der Bar verloren hatte. Als wir zurückgehen wollten, um danach zu schauen, ließ uns der Türsteher plötzlich nicht mehr hinein. Das Hotel behauptet im Nachhinein, ich sei angeblich betrunken gewesen. Das entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Meine Cousine war diejenige, die an dem Abend mehr getrunken hatte – sie wurde jedoch problemlos wieder hineingelassen, während ich als nüchterne Person abgewiesen wurde. Ich wollte als nüchterne Person ja helfen das handy zu finden, und am nächsten tag wurde es natürlich in der Bar gefunden. Da meine Kusine aber zu betrunken war, hat sie es nicht finden können. Sie wurde ja aber BETRUNKEN in die Bar reingelassen, ich nicht. Statt die Situation zu klären oder Hilfe anzubieten, packte mich der Türsteher am Arm und schubste mich nach vorne. Ein solches körperliches Vorgehen, GEWALTVORFALL gegenüber einer Hotelgästin ist absolut inakzeptabel und hat mich sehr schockiert. Noch enttäuschender ist der Umgang des Hotels danach. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails und Kontaktversuche musste ich zwei Wochen auf eine Antwort warten. Am Ende teilte man mir lediglich mit, dass der Vorfall intern „geklärt“ worden sei und man meine Nachricht „zur Kenntnis nehme und ich wäre angeblich betrunken gewesen. Eine ernsthafte Aufarbeitung oder Erklärung gab es nicht. Gerade für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist es äußerst bedenklich, dass ein Gewaltvorfall durch einen Security-Mitarbeiter derart oberflächlich behandelt wird.

Disco im Hotel - bis 4 Uhr Lärm
Pros:

In dem Hotel befindet sich eine Disco. Die ist so laut, dass ich die ganze Nacht trotz Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen konnte - bei 500 Euro die Nacht. Danke für nichts.

Wie immer ein großartiger Aufenthalt im Roomers. Das Frühstück war erneut klasse. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Die Bedienung beim Frühstück, leider kenne ich den Namen nicht, war absolut Weltklasse. Freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell.
