Shower didn't work properly. It put water all over the floor.

Very kind staf. Very reasonable price. Half board dinner was perfect and huge. We liked everything while we were there. Would be happy to come again. The room, the bed, the pool was good and kept so clean. Icecream for free on the reception:) Thanks for everything!

We booked a standard room but up graded to a pool swim up room which was great. I noticed there wasnt as lot of chairs around the pool so i was glad we got the upgrade.Room was clean and had everything you needed.staff were also friendly

This place is a true travel stay when in Karon Beach. Sit at bar at evening and watch the beautiful sunset

The pool was huge and a nice temperature, restaurant was great, staff was nice. The room was musty smelling, bed was firm which is good for us, bedding should be replaced with new bedding. Close to the beach.

Could not fault it just could do with a bit of paint but would not let that put me off going back

Lovely large hotel with access across the road to Karon beach. We stayed in a deluxe suite absolutely fantastic with two balconies with direct access to the swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful on reception needed to leave deposit in cash 3000 bahts returned on check out. Breakfast was good plenty of choices. On main strip easy access to bars and restaurants

Great location on beach across road, fabulous deluxe room was a massive two roomed suite, all facilities fabulous and loved the two sunbathing areas leading straight into pool access.

Amazing hotel from the moment we arrived the staff were so polite and helpful
The room was perfect very spacious plenty of wardrobe space and drawers for clothing
the bed was very comfortable and large with 4 pillows and a large balcony with drying rack
Nice quiet hotel very large pool with swim up bar with a decent choice of food and drinks the stafff were always smiling and chatting
It’s a great location with the beach just across the street and plenty of choice for food and drink just next door there is also a small spa on the premises with good prices

Great location situated on the main road with the beach just across the road where sun-beds are plentiful on the beach and only BHT200 for 2 beds and a parasol(£5) for the day. The hotel is very well run and staff are very professional and so friendly. The whole place is spotlessly clean - our room was huge and had 2 large beds in it- the room was kept to a very high standard. So quiet on a night. Nice fresh towels, toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) and all the little extra things you might need, slippers & dressing gowns. 2 small Bottles of Water provided every day including Tea/coffee - Kettle, hairdryer, fridge with freezer section to make ice, free security safe in room, TV. Pool towels are provided and can be taken to beach. There is not much to watch I’m afraid for English folk - only a couple of news channels. Free Internet - hotel and pool bar - as our room was nearer the pool bar we found this internet to be best. Our room was facing the pool and had a decent sized balcony - not much privacy though as all the rooms look onto each other - the garden/pool area seemed tight for space and the sun beds were heavy and could t be moved - pool didn’t seem to get much sun due to the trees/ foliage but we prefer the beach anyway. They play some good tunes round the pool. Didn’t use the pool bar as heard it’s expensive but there is a 7/11 supermarket next door so fill your fridge up. There are items: snacks/beers in the room/fridge chargeable if you use them. Room service is available at a 10% service charge which is nothing and we did use this the day of our very long trip out to phi phi island as we were so tired to go out - the food was lovely. We recommend the pizza. You are able to smoke on your balcony too. (Strictly no weed). There is a table tennis table and supposedly a kids club but never saw or heard it. Not a lot here for small children. We had breakfast included served 7-10.30am. The egg station was the best - lovely omelettes done as you wait and at least you had something hot, as I found most of the food to be cold when we went in at 9am. So get up at 7am I guess to get your food hot. Toast, omelette and fruit was my way to go, the rest didn’t quite do it for me. Beach has lovely soft sand and is pretty clean. There are beach sellers offering their wares but a simple ‘no’ and they leave you alone. There is parasailing on beach too - BHT2000 per one person I was told. BHT3500 for 2 together. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room suited us well and had all the amenities we needed. Good location near the beach and many restaurants. Breakfast mainly Asian style. Very good laundry service. We had a very nice stay.

Opposite beach with a great massage parlour built into resort.

Highlight is the resort style lagoon pool ( with swim up bar) , and gym.

Very old hotel and unfortunately not very clean.breakfast was okay . The best part was pool and nice staff.but good for the price.

Property is rather old but still lovely.
We upgraded our room which was fantastic except that the tv had no English channels to watch other then going on YouTube… we had 2 tvs… not happy!
Would stay there again but not for as long….

Great beach front hotel.

All round good value

Hotel is kept spotlessly clean, all the staff work extremely hard and nothing is too much trouble. A big shout out to our gorgeous maid Deuan who was always ready with a wave and a smile and did a great job keeping our room clean for us each morning. Hotel is pretty central, big thanks to John and all the other staff at the bar who kept us supplied with cocktails. Reception staff were helpful and Katie on the tourist desk who is really knowledgeable on the local area and booked all our trips at a fair price. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely return. the pool was tired and requires re-grouting but was still clean and tidy - difficult to do when you have tourists in all year round. All in all thanks Woraburi we will see you again ❤️
