Just an idyllic location and food was fantastic.
Pros:

Great location and very beautiful cove that was close by. Amazing staff who were friendly, helpful and made our stay more special. Food was exceptional and excellent value for money.

Cons:

Very little. Perhaps some tweaks to compensate for very hot weather. More umbrellas and more effective fans. It was the week of heatwave though!

A good base to enjoy vigorous coastal walks from, and to thoroughly relax afterwards.
Pros:

Location near the coast path excellent. Generally attentive service and helpful staff. Room had an excellent view - sadly obscured by low cloud (not the hotel’s fault!)

Cons:

Minor point only - if asked what time we would like breakfast, it doesn’t help if our preferred time is not available.

Great hotel in a great location with extremely pleasant and attentive staff
Pros:

Fantastic location and excellent views from our room and the main public rooms. The food was great and the menu changed every day

Cons:

The rooms were a little bit tired and in need of updating

Nice location fell short on several counts
Pros:

peace and quiet

Cons:

very restricted menu and the same all week
Sink had no plug
no key to lock rooms sliding door to outside area Had to gget on hands and knees to secure makeshift bolt
mentioned the above several times to staff
but felt ,despite their concern, that it was never going to be dealt with

A lovely short break in a beautiful and remote spot.
Pros:
