Pros:

部屋も綺麗で広く、場所も有名な飲食店、デパートが徒歩圏内で期待以上でした！。アメニティーも充実、アロマなどもあり、素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

レンタカーの駐車場がホテルにはありませんが、メールで問い合わせした際に提携パーキングの情報をいただきたかったです。近隣の有料パーキングに停車した後に、ホテルに着いたら提携パーキングがあると言われ、駐車料金を無駄にしたのが残念でした。

Location was amazing.
Pros:

Location was literally right in the main street. Staff were lovely and rooms were good size for Japan. Would stay again purely for location alone.

Pros:

場所が天文館どまんなかでとても便利。市電乗り場も直ぐそば。部屋が広くゆっくりできた。バスソルトが選べたので、ゆっくり湯船(通常のホテルより少し広め)につかれて疲れを取ることができて、とても快適な滞在でした

Cons:

大きな問題ではないが強いて言えば、エレベータが一つしかないので、長く待つ時がある。

Better than most 3 star hotels in Japan
Pros:

Located in the best area of downtown Kagoshima for nightlife and shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

Super service!
Pros:

Mijn man werd ziek, de eerste nacht ben ik daarom met mijn zoon naar een ander hotel gegaan. De volgende ochtend gevraagd bij de receptie of onze familie kamer geruild kon voor 2 kleinere. Dit kon, en we konden er ook meteen in. Wat een service! Hartelijk dank!

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet zoals we bij andere plekken in Japan gewend waren maar het was oké.
