Lovely setting and great staff. Room was comfortable, but see comment below. Shower room was lovely.

Potholes in driveway are horrendous 😫
No lift, had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs.
Comfortable venue, large room (no view & had to keep window closed at night as close to road). Room is going to get upgraded soon which it needs ( especially chair & ironing board). Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop but did not use it. Average taxi price to railway station £7. Plenty of free onsite parking. Breakfast was excellent.
Many rooms face onto the garden but sadly we had one facing the car park & subsequent road traffic noise. Saying that, we slept very well. Dining room could do with replacing or removing the dated venetian blinds.
Really big comfortable bed. Excellent food and drinks . Easy. Access from the M90. Great freshly baked morning rolls for breakfast. Great seating in dining room so we could look out onto the lovely garden so pleasant.
Paper serviettes they should provide linen ones for a restaurant of this quality. Similar comments about horrible cheap wine glasses. That is why we had no wine. However the glasses our Mojito cocktails came in were superb. Confusing promotional leaflets about pricing of cocktails.

Za tako ceno je blo vse odličo. Postelja zeloo udobna. Vsak dan je blo lepo posprabljeno. Vsi zelo prijazni. V zivo je bila soba še boljša kot na sliki

Only downside was the wallpaper in the room which was lifting along some of the seams
