The hotel is wonderful ! The front desk staff by the time I left after six days felt like family. The housekeeping staff made sure my room was spotless clean, and that I had everything that I needed the breakfast staff or some of the friendliest people I’ve met in Mexico and the food was five stardelicious for a buffet. I can’t recommend this hotel enough one of the best places I’ve stayed in Mexico.

We stayed here with family of 8. All adults. Our stay was very pleasant. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is right on the city center. The breakfast was delicious and the cooks and the waitresses were wonderful! I will definitley stay here again.

It is an old hotel. The service is good and they are very kind, but rooms smell old and there is no complementary coffee inside. The breakfast that is included is not good and the amenities are limited.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and the restaurant is excellent. I wish the park would be more cleaner. But that’s not the hotel. That’s the city.

Love this hotel

I think the best service we received was from the parking lot attendant. He greeted us, helped us park and then took our luggage. Check in was fast. The rooms are a little run down. The breakfast buffet is good. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the service was just okay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you want to stay in el Centro. Other than that, there’s really nothing that stands out from other nearby hotels.

Me gusta que el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, a un lado de catedral y puede ir uno caminando alrededor y a unos pasos están muy buenos restaurantes, tours, lugares de recreación, cafeterías, etc.
EL DESAYUNO BUFFET SÚPER EXCELENTE CADA DIA! Vale la pena.

Recently remodeled room with a very nice rooftop. Great view of the city and park. Close to zocalo, restaurants and shops. Great customer service.

An excellent choice for value, location, and comfort. Some rooms may be better than others, but we were satisfied with our room. The 5th floor has a great view of the city on the side with cathedral. Lots of shops right outside and walking distance to many sights. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was good and complimentary with your stay.
The bathrooms needed attention; the sheets from one bed were dirty.
