Better than expected.
Pros:

Location was good in relevance to our venue, it was peaceful and relaxed and very peaceful, room was large and clean. Overall value was what I expected. Service was polite and prompt. Pool was also clean as well as the gym.
Only negative was not having a microwave, coffee maker or safe in the room.

Adequate facility but some minor issues.
Pros:

Easy location.

Cons:

The second bed wasn't made and I had to go downstairs twice to request blankets (none in the room). The blanket I was given was as thin as a sheet. I was told that no blankets would be available until the morning. We had booked the two beds.

Pleasant surprise.away from hustle and bustle!
Pros:

It was very convenient to major expressways and not far from Saratoga Springs and the basketball training center

Cons:

Although it was a 2 bed room, there was no bedding available for the 2nd sofabed.
Pros:

We went for graduation weekend, and the hotel was not well staffed. Just one person to check in a line of people, and also the 2nd bed (sofa bed) in our room (was supposed to be for 3 people and we had 2) had no bedding except for a sheet laid on top. I had to go downstairs twice to get blankets (the room was cold (and outside was cold) and the blanket I got was thinner than a towel (about the same thickness as a sheet). I would have thought there would be bedding somewhere in the room for the second bed, but there was not. I was told they wouldn't have real blankets until the morning and we were only there for one night.

Finally, there was noise from the bedroom next door, which had kids - that's not something the hotel can fix, but it impacted our experience.

The breakfast options were good for a hotel.

A disappointing stay.
Pros:

The breakfast.

Cons:

This visit was disappointing. The room (#526) is in need of cleaning and ceiling repair. The sofa was stained in several spots. The tub had a ring around it and needed a scrubbing.
We checked in around 8 pm...the check-in computer was "down". The young man at the desk was polite and tried to do his best while training a new employee. He did offer another room but my party was already unpacked and we were very tired after traveling all day.

I only offer this critique because it was a sub-par experience as compared to previous stays.

A perfect mini vacation in Malta, NY
Pros:

Our stay over Memorial Day weekend was absolutely wonderful, and the customer service we received was truly top-notch. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the very moment we checked in. Management went completely above and beyond to show how much they value their guests, delivering outstanding and generous care. Their communication was professional, sincere, and proactive, making us feel like highly valued loyalty members. It is rare to see a property take such amazing care of its guests and handle everything so flawlessly. We are incredibly impressed by the hospitality and the fantastic team at this location. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend staying here! We loved the pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast!!!

Pros:

Clean large rooms

Cons:

Bathroom design - not enough place to keep clothes etc in shower area. Ideally, there should also be a sink in the shower room
