WOULDN'T STAY AGAIN
Pros:

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.

Cons:

BATHROOM WAS SMALL AND VERY TIGHT, BUT CLEAN. THE TV IN THE ROOM DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY. TV DIDN'T SHOW ALL CHANNELS AND LOBBY STAFF HAD NO IDEA ON HOW TO FIX. JUST KEEP SAYING THAT ALL THE ROOMS HAD THE SAME CHANNELS. ALSO THE COULDN'T FIND THE LOBBY STAFF MOST OF THE TIME. BREAKFEAST WASN'T VERY GOOD. OPTIONS WERE LIMITED AND HAD BEEN SITTING OUT FOR A WHILE.

Don't bring your dog, it costs more than the room!
Pros:

Pool/Spa were not working- I think the hotel should give a discount when that happens. The girl at the front desk was short and exhausted and rude. They charged more than one night in the room to bring a dog for one night in the room!! Breakfast was okay but they apparently don't PUT OUT gluten free food your supposed to guess that they have it in the back...

Slept like a baby!
Pros:

Comfy bed and good lighting! Nice little desk and kitchen area.
I slept longer than I have in months- some hotels are cheap about good lighting and I appreciated being able to read easily in bed!

Great place but cold pool....
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the room was nice. The TV was large and had plenty of channels to watch.

Cons:

The swimming pool was one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel. The pool was not heated at all. It was very cold. That was incredibly disappointing.

Great place to stop when visiting family
Pros:

Great location. The room was clean enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good options for breakfast, and the lobby area was great with many seating options where you could relax or eat. The mini-restaurant came in handy during the snow storm and the staff was great. Upon check-in, Lainey was great in keeping me posted on the storm--and kept me safe by recommending the state roads during storm travel. Plenty of parking. I'll definitely be coming back.

Was nice,just inconvenience on room supplies & bathroom&breakfast was OK,stuff was very crispy&hard
Pros:

Front desk lady was very nice,she got us washcloths,towels,tissue,& toilet paper we needed,and food 24/7,shower was perfect for a walker,breakfast was ok

Disappointing
Pros:

The stay was disappointing. The TV in the room did not work, and when I contacted the front desk, they were unwilling to help troubleshoot or offer a solution. Additionally, the parking lot and driveway were not plowed, making arrival and departure difficult and unsafe. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and customer service negatively impacted the experience.
