Great place but cold pool....
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the room was nice. The TV was large and had plenty of channels to watch.

Cons:

The swimming pool was one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel. The pool was not heated at all. It was very cold. That was incredibly disappointing.

Was nice,just inconvenience on room supplies & bathroom&breakfast was OK,stuff was very crispy&hard

Front desk lady was very nice,she got us washcloths,towels,tissue,& toilet paper we needed,and food 24/7,shower was perfect for a walker,breakfast was ok

Disappointed
Cons:

Unfortunately, the two reception staff we encountered appeared disengaged and uninterested in both their jobs and the guests, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. The assistant manager, however, was helpful and professional when we decided to shorten our stay.

We needed nine nights of accommodation just before Christmas and thought we’d splurge by choosing this hotel based on the Hyatt name and positive reviews, but the room (Double Queen Room with sofa bed on a high floor at USD $172 per night) was too small to comfortably accommodate three adults for that length of time.

The apartment was clean but dated, and the bathroom was extremely small (only a toilet, and shower over a small bath, no sink). Both my husband and adult son, who are very tall, struggled with the shower. The sink was located in the bedroom, the wardrobe door did not open fully, and storage was limited to a very small three-drawer chest. There was a desk and a wobbly fridge, no microwave (one was provided after we requested it), a small coffee machine with only two mugs, and a single TV positioned awkwardly in the room.

By comparison, other accommodations we stayed in that were set up for three or more adults offered a separate bedroom and an additional TV, at a much lower nightly rate.

We also needed to use the ironing board as a makeshift study desk for our son (husband needed the small desk for work), but it broke when opened. Although it was replaced promptly, this further highlighted our disappointment with the room given the price.
