Ottima colazione, posizione perfetta in centro e camera pulita e bella

Cons:

Vasca scomodissima senza piatto fisso per farsi la doccia, solo con manico e quando la spegni fa freddissimo perché non è riparata, cuscini del letto un po’ scomodi.

Cons:

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. However, we were not very satisfied with the cleanliness, as the carpets in the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Additionally, one of the gentlemen working at the reception was rude and very cold, offering no warm welcome. The rest of the female staff were excellent, friendly, and ready to help.

Pros:

The hotel is in the city centre, in an excellent location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

On the day of our check-in, the man at reception was quite cold and unfriendly(not even one smile). Fortunately, during the rest of our stay, the other reception staff and housekeeping were much more welcoming, which made up for the first impression.

Ubicación, comodidad, limpieza , desayuno.

Cons:

Algún servicio como una máquina de vendíng o una. cafetera en el hotel. Y también para ser tan turistico que no dispongan de personal con conocimientos de español.

Camera pulita ed accogliente

Todo muy bien excepto por el acceso al baño.

La cama

Cons:

Que había un pequeño escalón en el baño donde siempre tropezabas en la habitación 211 y que el tope de la puerta, está en medio.
Tropezamos varias veces y labúltima me hice daño en el tobillo.
