La cortesia della persona alla reception al momento dell arrivo

Cons:

Struttura con poca manutenzione, in camera c erano due lampadine bruciate, zanzariera del bagno strappata, asse del wc che si spostava lateralmente perché le cerniere erano rovinate

Un’accoglienza umana e premurosa in un hotel pulito e confortevole.
Pros:

Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel Aniene per la pulizia e, soprattutto, per il personale umano, responsabile e premuroso. Il signor Emanuele ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza fino a tarda notte e, poiché dovevamo partire nel cuore della notte, ci ha preparato personalmente delle colazioni da asporto. Ottima anche la colazione, servita con grande attenzione dalla signora e dal signore addetti. L’aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente, ci hanno fornito un ferro da stiro, i letti separati richiesti erano pronti e non abbiamo riscontrato alcuna traccia di insetti.

Cons:

L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stata l’assenza dello shampoo in bagno, mentre gli altri prodotti per l’igiene erano disponibili. Inoltre, il prezzo della camera tripla era relativamente ragionevole, ma quello della camera doppia era decisamente troppo alto.

Very comfortable stay for a reasonable price
Pros:

The room had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - air conditioning, small refrigerator, blow dryer, toiletries, oversized bath towels, and nice bedding. The water pressure in the shower was great! We were close to restaurants (recommend Brace e Gusto), yet the location was very quiet for sleeping at night. There was also breakfast service.

Pros:

Estação de metro perto (5 min a pé) com linha direta para o centro, mini mercado e restaurantes perto.
Funcionários muito prestáveis, boas camas, quarto com ar condicionado. Bom pequeno almoço (mas a comida acabava).
Zona sossegada e com bares perto (sentido contrario ao metro)

Cons:

Alguma comida do pequeno almoço não era reposta
