Avoid until hot water issue is resolved.
Pros:

So wanted to like this place. The building and rooms are fresh and clean. But. No hot water for early evening shower. Was told to just let water run and wait. Gave up after 20+ minutes. Other small issues. No TV remote. Tissues ran out after 4 sheets. Breakfast was OK, adequate. Just stayed at BW Reedsport, their breakfast was great. Hate to complain. But I was disappointed. Part of the problem might be an understaffing issue.

Very nice staff and had a good breakfast.

Cons:

Only cleaned/made beds when you asked them to. Had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels every morning.

Very good but breakfast could have been better.
Pros:

Check in and room accommodations were Excellent. My only less than excellent experience was the breakfast.

The hashbrowns were somewhat undercooked and quite soggy in the warming tray so they were sticking together and to the bottom. They were edible but not the best.

I didn't find any grated cheese for the eggs so I would like to have that available. They did have good sausage however I really like bacon.
