I liked everything about this hotel. Customer service was outstanding. The rooms and all of hotel was clean. Loved that that they offered breakfast for free..This hotel was close to shopping and restaurants...coffee shops...everything.

Everything was great!! Good pool, good gym, good breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel is located in a charmless area of a charmless town and not within walking distance of much. That said, the hotel and room were clean and roomy and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had two dogs with us on our trip. The hotel had a convenient pet area to do their business. It was clean and well stocked with clean up bags.

The location was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The room didn’t have extra blankets/pillows for the sofa bed. The front desk was prompt and brought us a set for our stay.
The location and facility was nice but the breakfast was not impressive. There were not many choices and the sausage was undercooked. The eggs were runny. For the price, I've had much better for less.
The coffee situation and marketing is confusing. It seems that coffee is always available... but not clear that it is for purchase.
I enjoyed staying here. It was very clean inside the building and room. The location was great. The staff was very welcoming. There was plenty of parking I liked that there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. They have quite a few amenities for their guests. I booked this place because of the complimentary breakfast and great reviews it had on their website.
The only issue I had with our stay was our very bottom. The mattress sheet was stained and I noticed it in the morning and the mattress shifted a little bit so I took a picture. Mentioned it to the lovely lady staff member when we left. It just tells me that they washed the sheets but not the very bottom mattress cover /sheet. I would toss it and replace it. was. Looks like it could have been coffee but I would check every mattress sheet and if it has a stain replace it throw it away. It's not something to have on a bed when it's such a nice hotel. That was my only problem that I had it kind of grossed me out but otherwise I would stay here again.
